The present invention relates to a new health restoring tool that can be used to relieve fatigue from the feet by repeatedly stepping on top of the feet. Conventionally, various types of health recovery tools of this type have been known. Each of these has its own characteristics, so there is no point in comparing them.
Nor can it be judged as superior or inferior. However, just as everything has its strengths, it is also true that it also has its flaws. In view of these points, the present invention is a novel product that is easy to manufacture, suitable for mass production, lightweight, breathable, soft to the touch, excellent in durability, and other advantages. The purpose is to provide health recovery tools for people. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional bamboo treads, which are the most representative, the ones made of rubber with many warts, and the ones made of hard plastic with many warts, are summarized in the attached table. . In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention extrudes a melted synthetic resin material with appropriate elasticity into filaments of appropriate thickness through a multi-nozzle, and speeds up the extrusion while these filaments are not yet solidified. By using a slower drawing speed, the wire is brought into a coiled state with an appropriate density, and the contact points that touch each other are brought into a welded state, and the filament is solidified into the above-mentioned wound and welded state by cooling. It is constructed with or without a base plate fixed to the lower surface of a semi-cylindrical body made of a porous material obtained by a manufacturing method in which green bamboo is cut in half. In the illustrated embodiment, a heated melt 1 of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material with appropriate elasticity is passed through a multi-nozzle 2.
The filaments 3 are extruded as filaments 3 of appropriate thickness, and while these filaments 3 are not yet solidified, they are drawn out at a slower speed than the extrusion speed to form a coiled state with an appropriate density, and the contact points touching each other are melted. A semi-cylindrical body 6 of a size obtained by dividing green bamboo in half and made of a porous material 5 obtained by a manufacturing method in which the filament 3 is solidified into the above-mentioned rolled and bent state and welded state by cooling with water 4. is fixed on a base plate 7. Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to relieve the fatigue of the feet by repeatedly standing on top of the feet and resting on the feet. When used in this way, the countless irregularities on the surface formed by the curling of the filaments are point contact at the beginning of contact with the back of the foot, and filament contact when crushed by the load. It corresponds to the back of the foot. As described above, the present invention involves extruding a molten synthetic resin material with appropriate elasticity into filaments of appropriate thickness using a multi-nozzle, and then increasing the drawing speed slower than the extrusion speed while the filaments are still unsolidified. A porous material obtained by a manufacturing method in which the filament is in a coiled state exhibiting a dense coil shape, the contact points that touch each other are in a welded state, and the filament is solidified into the above-mentioned coiled and welded state by cooling. It is characterized by a semi-cylindrical body with the size of a half-split piece of green bamboo, with or without a plate fixed to the bottom surface, that is, it has countless irregularities on the surface formed by winding and bending the filaments. Therefore, it has the advantages marked ◎ in the advantages column shown in the attached table, and is an excellent product that can completely achieve the purpose of providing a new health recovery tool. It is effective.
