Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、自動車の燃料タンクにガソリンを注
入するための自動車用フイラーチユーブに関する
ものである。
従来、この種の自動車用フイラーチユーブに
は、金属材を主体とするものと合成樹脂材を主体
とするものとがある。
金属材を主体とする自動車用フイラーチユーブ
は、組立部品点数が多く、組立作業能率が悪くコ
ストアツプとなり、又溶接部で気密性を保持する
のに問題があり、又耐蝕性に問題があり、更には
重く、しかも衝突の際には衝撃を吸収することが
できず破損のおそれがある等の欠点があつた。
合成樹脂を主体とする自動車用フイラーチユー
ブは、前記金属材を主体とした自動車用フイラー
チユーブの欠点を解消することはできるが、フイ
ラーチユーブをブロー成形し、このフイラーチユ
ーブのネツク部の上端内側にはキヤツプ取付部を
取付けるためのバクアツプ用の金属パイプを備
え、又下端内側にはホースクランプ時のクリープ
防止用の金属パイプを備えている。而してガソリ
ン注入時のガソリンとフイラーチユーブとの摩擦
により金属パイプが帯電すると火災が起きるおそ
れがあるので、アースをとる必要がある。
しかしながらフイラーチユーブ上端にてキヤツ
プを取り付け、フイラーチユーブ下端にてゴムホ
ースを介してガソリンタンクと組付けられる為、
気密を保持しながら、アースをとることができな
かつた。
本考案の目的は、合成樹脂材を主体とするもの
において、気密性を損うことなく、アースをとる
ことができ、ガソリン注入時の摩擦による帯電を
防止して火災を防止することができ、更にはネツ
ク部の上方は複雑な形状の成形に適する射出成形
により形成し、該ネツク部に連設すべきフイラー
チユーブ本体は曲げ部を要してもその成形に適す
るブロー成形により形成することができ、しかも
溶剤では接着困難なポリオレフイン系樹脂でも精
度よく接着することができるばかりでなく充分な
強度を得ることができるようにした自動車用フイ
ラーチユーブを提供しようとするものである。
本考案は、前記日的を達成するため、合成樹脂
製フイラーチユーブにおけるネツク部の接合部と
フイラーチユーブ本体の接合部に導体が介在さ
れ、この導体の加熱による前記両接合部の溶融部
が加圧接着され、前記フイラーチユーブの内側に
設けられた金属製筒体のアースが前記接合部の加
圧接着部を通し外方にとられていることを特徴と
するものである。
以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に
説明する。
第1図及び第2図に示すようにフイラーチユー
ブ1はネツク部2とフイラーチユーブ本体8とに
分割されそれぞれ成形される。ネツク部2とその
上端のフイラーベース3、更にはネツク部2の中
間部のベントチユーブ4、車体取付部5はポリオ
レフイン系の合成樹脂製で、射出成形により一体
に形成され、ネツク部2の上端部内側に、キヤツ
プ取付用のネジ6aを有する金属筒体6が一体に
設けられ(インサート成形でもよく、成形後圧入
してもよい)、ネツク部2の下端外周に接合部で
あるフランジ部7が一体に設けられている。フイ
ラーチユーブ1の本体8側はポリオレフイン系の
合成樹脂製で、ブロー成形により形成され、燃料
タンク(図示省略)に導くために曲げ部を有して
いる。このフイラーチユーブ本体8の下端内側に
はクリープ防止用の金属製筒体9が一体に設けら
れ、上端外周に接合部であるフランジ部10が一
体に設けられている。
前記ネツク部2のフランジ部7とフイラーチユ
ーブ本体8のフランジ部10との間には導体があ
る線状の金属11が1条若しくは複数条介在さ
れ、この金属11が通電加熱、誘導加熱等の手段
により加熱され、この加熱により両フランジ部
7,10の接触界面が溶融され、両フランジ部
7,10が外方より加圧されて前記溶融部が第3
図に示すように接着され、両フランジ部7,10
が接合されている。フイラーチユーブ本体8の下
端にはゴムホース12がクリツプ13により取付
けられ、ベントチユーブ4にはゴムホース(図示
省略)が連設されている。
前記金属製筒体6,9のアースが前記フランジ
部7,10の加圧接着部を通し外方にとられてい
る。その一例として前記導体である線状の金属1
1の一方が延長されて各金属製筒体6,9に接続
され、線状の金属11の他方が延長されて車体取
付部5に接続され、アース線を兼用している。
他の例として金属製筒体6,9には接続したア
ース線を前記の如く金属11を加熱し、フランジ
部7,10の接合面を溶融し、加圧接着する際に
この接着部に金属11とは別に介在させて外方へ
導出し、車体取付部5に接続する。この場合、フ
ランジ部7,10の間に介在させる導体は前記実
施例の如き線状の他、金属板、金属メツシユを用
い、若しくは金属粉を混入したシートを用いても
よく、又フランジ部7,10のいずれか一方、若
しくは両方に金属粉を塗布し、若しくは金属溶射
を行つてもよい。
本実施例のようにベントチユーブ4及び車体取
付部5をネツク部2と射出成形により一体に形成
するようにすれば、フイラーチユーブ本体8側は
筒型にのみ形成すればよいので、ブロー成形時に
パリソンを小さくすることができ、使用設備容
量、必要電力が少なくてすみ、強度上問題となる
ビンチオフも無くすることができる利点がある
が、本考案はこれに限定されるものではなく、こ
の他、例えば第4図に示す如く構成することがで
きる。
この第4図に示す実施例にあつては、ネツク部
2にフイラーベース3を一体に備え、フイラーチ
ユーブ本体8側にベントチユーブ4と車体取付部
5をブロー成形により一体に形成するようにした
ものであり、その他の構成は前記実施例と同様で
ある。
以上の説明より明らかなように本考案によれ
ば、合成樹脂製フイラーチユーブにおけるネツク
部の接合部とフイラーチユーブ本体の接合部に導
体を介在し、この導体の加熱による前記両接合部
の溶融部を加圧接着し、前記フイラーチユーブの
内側に設けられた金属製筒体のアースを前記接合
部の加圧接着部を通し外方にとるようにしてい
る。従つて気密性を損うことなく、アースをとる
ことができ、ガソリン注入時の摩擦による帯電を
防止して火災を防止することができる。
更に前記の如くフイラーチユーブ本体とネツク
部とで上下で分割して別々に成形するので、ネツ
ク部上方は複雑な形状の成形に適する射出成形に
より形成し、フイラーチユーブ体は曲げ部を要し
てもその成形に適するブロー成形により形成する
ことができる。
更に又前記の如く接合部を溶融させ、これを加
圧接着して接続するので、溶剤では接着困難なポ
リオレフイン系樹脂でも精度よく接続することが
でき、設備費も低下させることができ、又金属等
の導体を介在させているので充分な強度を得るこ
とができる等の利点がある。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 合成樹脂によりそれぞれ成形されたネツク部
    とフイラーチユーブ本体とから成り、該ネツク
    部の接合部とフイラーチユーブ本体の接合部に
    導体が介在され、この導体の加熱による前記両
    接合部の溶融部にて加圧接着され、前記フイラ
    ーチユーブの内側に設けられた金属製筒体のア
    ースが前記接合部の加圧接着部を通し外方にと
    られていることを特徴とする自動車用フイラー
    チユーブ。 (2) 金属製筒体のアースをとるアース線とネツク
