- 第１のマイクロ波ＩＣ基板、半導体素子、第２
のマイクロ波ＩＣ基板、誘電体共振器及び上記を
収納するケース、カバーより構成した発振器にお
いて、上記誘電体共振器の側上面から上記誘電体
共振器上端面を覆うような回転体のデスクを挿入
したことを特徴とする発振器。
