- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属ケースに収納された圧電素子を搭載す
るプリント回路基板と、 該プリント回路基板を封止する金属ステムとキ
ヤンケースとから成るとともに、 前記プリント回路基板とステムとの間に間〓を
設け、前記金属ケースを該間〓に配置したことを
特徴とする発振器。 (2) 前記圧電素子が収納された金属ケースがア
ースされた金属ステムと電気的に導通されている
