Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify an execution of a facing partition by locking a locking frame of a facing panel and a panel inverting piece respectively on a fitting frame between coupling studs and a panel mounting frame, and inserting an insertion piece of a facing panel into a locking groove section of a coupling stud. CONSTITUTION:A coupling stud 4 is erected and fixed between a ceiling rail 24 and a floor rail 25. A facing panel 2 is moved from up to down between coupling studs 4 to lock the locking frame 7 with a fitting frame 19 between the coupling studs 4 and, at the same time, a panel inverting piece 13 of the facing panel 2 is placed on a panel placing frame 21 and the floor rail 25 between the coupling studs 4. An insertion piece 11 of the facing panel 2 is inserted into a locking groove section 18 of the coupling stud 4. According to the constitution, an execution of a facing partition 1 can be simplified by erecting the facing panel 2 with a hanging curtain system.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Conventionally, decorative panels were installed in movable partitions.
Install studs on the ceiling rail and floor rail studs,
Cut a vertical groove on both sides of the panel for a color-enhancing frame that will enhance the vertical half of the stud, cover the stud with the outer covering frame (-), and fit it into place. While fitting, fix it vertically between the ceiling rail and floor rail, and fit the - colored frame of the other panel into the other stud...
There is a push-in method in which parts are attached one after another without any gaps (joints). In this case, the beautifully designed surface portion of the decorative panel, called the decorative surface board, is attached only to one side facing the room (inside the room).

A disadvantage of this conventional method is that it requires a medium thickness to encase the studs in the decorative panel. For this reason, this is fine for relatively lightweight decorative panels such as plywood covered with cloth, but decorative panels made of steel or tiles are heavy and extremely difficult to handle. Furthermore, since gypsum board material or the like is screwed to the front and rear sides of the panel frame, and the decorative surface board is attached to the lower side as described above, attachment is difficult and manufacturing costs are high.

Furthermore, removing decorative panels is difficult for sushi. Removal is necessary due to partial damage to the decorative panel or rearrangement of the room, but with the drive-in method, panels must be removed one by one starting from the farthest panel of the partition. This is because the studs are solid and fixed to the decorative panel.

It is a single-sided panel frame with a decorative top plate attached to it, eliminating the push-in type color-enhancing frame, and providing the panel frame with a locking frame as an engagement means and a panel mounting piece as a panel support means laterally and horizontally. A fitting frame, which is an engagement means, and a panel mounting frame, which is a panel support means, are installed horizontally on two studs to form a connecting stud, and the connecting stud is installed between the ceiling rail and the floor rail in front of the base wall. Fix it, lift the decorative panel upwards, lower it downwards, fit the locking frame into the fitting frame, and place the panel replacement pieces on the panel and the frame to complete the decorative partition. It is something.

As shown in Fig. 3, in front of the base wall 23, etc., the connecting stud 4 is built in and fixed between the ceiling rail 24 and the floor rail 25, and the decorative panel 2 is brought between the studs 3 and 3 and vertically upward. The decorative panel 2, which has been slightly lifted, is lowered vertically and the locking frame 7 of the decorative panel 2 is locked to the fitting frame 19 of the connecting stud 4. In the embodiment, the hook-shaped protrusion 14 of the locking frame 7
The receiver of the fitting frame 19 passes through the guide piece of the protrusion 21 and is engaged with the inner wall portion 26 of the protrusion 20. That is, the decorative panel 2 is mainly restricted from moving forward.

At the same time, the panel mounting piece 13 of the decorative panel 2 is placed on the panel mounting frame 21 of the connecting stud 4, and the decorative panel 2 is supported. In the example, the floor rail material 22
Since the decorative panel 2 also serves as the panel mounting frame 21, the decorative panel 2 is installed on the floor rail. Moreover, in the example,
In the decorative panel mounting 2, the back surface portions 10 of the lining material 15, metal plate 16, etc. that protrude downward from the panel frame 8 are in contact with the front surface 27 of the floor rail material 22, so that the decorative panel does not move backward. are regulated. In the embodiment, the stud 3 has a locking groove part 1 and the decorative panel 2 has an insertion piece 11.11, but the engagement by the fitting frame 19 and the locking frame 7 of the engaging means allows the front and back to be moved. If the movement can be strongly restricted and the decorative panel 2 can be positioned correctly, the locking groove 18 or the insertion piece 1
Configuration 1 is not required. That is, in that case, it is not necessary to provide the locking groove portion 18 in the stud 3, and it is not necessary to provide the insertion piece 11 in the panel frame 8.
