有していた。BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Conventionally, in order to compression mold a curved tile whose two planes are bent approximately 90 degrees to 135 degrees using a powder raw material, a lower mold having a V-shaped concave molding surface is used as shown in FIG. The powder raw material filled in the lower mold a is compression-molded between the upper mold a and the upper mold b having a corresponding V-shaped protruding molding surface. Due to the slope of the molding surface, the powder material tends to slide down, making it impossible to fill the powder material uniformly, resulting in uneven density of the molded product, causing deformation, etc. In part c, the pressure was particularly insufficient, so during molding, the length of both pieces was set longer than the specified dimension, and after molding, the excess was cut off as shown in Figure 8. However, it has various disadvantages, such as a large loss of raw materials and the need for mechanical equipment such as a cutting machine and a place to store the molded products for drying until the cutting operation.

均一圧縮を図らしめたものである。 Therefore, in order to eliminate such drawbacks, the applicant of the present application has applied for a method for forming refractive tiles as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 147311/1982, and such method is illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10. A fixed lower mold A having a narrow molding surface as shown in FIG.
and the mold frame C surrounding the movable lower mold B, and the movable lower mold B
It consists of an upper mold D with a step-shaped notch in the molding surface facing the molding surface of the fixed lower mold A on one side edge of a flat molding surface facing opposite to the molding surface of the lower mold A, with one end hanging down as shown in FIG. After filling the cavity bent in the shape of a shape, in the process of lowering the upper die D to compress the powder raw material, the moving lower die B is moved by the downward pressure of the upper die D, as shown in FIG. The powder material is formed into a right-angled shape with one of the refracting planes erected by lowering the material, thereby achieving uniform filling and compression of the material.

の欠点を有していた。 However, although the above method made it possible to uniformly fill and compress the raw materials, recently, in order to improve the decorative effect of the tiles, it has become possible to add uneven patterns to the tile surface, and to use powder raw materials of different colors in patterns. When molding such products, there are many requests for products that are placed on the mold.In the above method, one plane of the molded product is in perpendicular contact with the mold frame C, and this vertical plane is rubbed when the mold is released, resulting in an uneven pattern. Moreover, since the surface side of the molded product is located on the side of the fixed lower mold A and the movable lower mold B, it is not possible to pattern the surface with multicolored powder, and furthermore, the surface side of the molded product cannot be patterned with multicolored powder. Since streaks are formed at the corners of the two planes at the boundary between the fixed lower mold A and the mold frame C, this method has disadvantages such as the need for correction after molding.

In short, the present invention is a molding device for a tile base T having two bent planes, in which the vertical molding surface 14 corresponds to one of the two planes on the front side of the tile base T.
are arranged so as to be inclined outward at a predetermined angle as they go downwards with respect to the vertical plane, and correspondingly, the structural mold surface 15 forming the other plane is arranged as to be inclined downwardly at a predetermined angle as they go outwards with respect to the horizontal plane. The upper mold 4 is made of a metal mold and has a rake angle 13 at the outer lower end of the leg part 12, and the upper mold 4 is slightly slidable on the upper mold mounting plate 2. Since it has a spring 10 and a stopper 11 which are provided so as to come into contact with the upper mold 4, the vertical molding surface 14 of the upper mold 4 is fixed to the molded tile by the upward movement and rightward movement when the upper mold 4 is released. The mold can be released instantly without causing any rubbing against the base material T.
Therefore, the molding surface of the vertical molding surface 14 can be molded neatly without collapsing, and all the molding surfaces on the front side are covered with the upper mold 4.
Since it is continuous with the vertical molding surface 14 and horizontal molding surface 15, the vertical molding surface 14 and the horizontal molding surface 1
5 are released from the mold at the same time and the restoring force during compression is the same, so it is possible to prevent boundary streaks from appearing at the corners of the two bending surfaces. a movable lower mold 18 equipped with a movable lower mold 1;
8 and has an end molding surface 22 that corresponds to the end surface of the vertical molding surface 14. Therefore, by adjusting the vertical position of the movable lower mold 18, the vertical molding surface 14 and the horizontal molding surface 15 can be adjusted. By adjusting the filling amount of the powder raw material M between the mold and the mold, it is possible to uniformly fill and pressurize the inside of the cavity 32, and it is therefore possible to mold the tile base T with good dimensional accuracy. A sinking lower mold 26 that is provided adjacent to the fixed lower mold 21 and holds the end face of the cavity 32 until the vertical molding surface 14 of the upper mold 4 is lowered and moves downwardly with the upper mold 4; Lower mold 1
8 and a mold frame 30 which surrounds the sinking mold 26 and whose upper surface is arranged in an inclined manner corresponding to the horizontal molding surface 15; Since the powder massing device 33 is configured with a powder massing device 33, even when the upper mold 4 has an irregular molding surface, the lower mold 26 sinks until the upper mold 4 is lowered.
Since the side surface of the cavity 32 is held by the molding device 33, the powder raw material M can be uniformly filled into the cavity 32 corresponding to the molding surface of the upper mold 4 by the normal operation of the powdering device 33, and the powder material M can be molded. Since the surface side of the tile base T is located on the upper side facing the upper mold 4, multicolored tiles can be molded simply by adding a powdering device for supplying colored powder to the side of the mold frame 30. It is possible to make it possible.

の実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。 In other embodiments, the vertical molding surface 1 of the upper mold 4
4. The horizontal molding surface 15 has uneven patterns 16, 16a...
As a result, it is possible to mold a tasteful tile base T with a larger roughened surface.In this case, since the vertical molding surface 14 is inclined at a predetermined angle as described above, the upper mold 4 When releasing the mold, a good molding surface can be obtained without crushing the uneven patterns 16, 16a, and furthermore, the dusting device 33 is arranged so that its angle can be adjusted freely according to the inclination of the mold frame 20. Therefore, the practical effects such as being able to adapt the crushing device 33 to changes in the inclination angle of the mold frame 30 and the like are enormous.
