第１図は本考案を実施した研磨装置の一例につ
いてその全体構成を示す系統図、第２図は第１図
装置の機械的構成部分を示す斜視図、第３図は本
考案の実施結果をロール径差の径時変化について
示したグラフ、第４図は通電ロールの摩耗プロフ
イルを示すグラフ、第５図は偏摩耗を生じた通電
ロールとストリツプとの接触状況を示す模式図で
ある。 図中、１：通電ロール、３：スクリユウロツド
（駆動手段）、５：油圧シリンダー（圧下手段）
、７：ポリツシヤー（研磨手段）、９：距離計（
プロフイルセンサー）、１０：油圧調整器（圧下
力制御手段）、１１：バツクアツプロール、１２
：ストリツプ。

Claims (1)
- 電気メツキラインの通電ロールの近傍に該通電
ロールの軸線方向に可動に設けられた圧下力調整
の可能な圧下手段と、該圧下手段を上記軸線方向
で往復動させる駆動手段と、上記圧下手段によつ
て上記通電ロール表面に圧接される研磨手段と、
上記通電ロールに近接して設けられ、該通電ロー
ルの表面プロフイルを軸線方向について検出する
プロフイルセンサーと、該プロフイルセンサーの
検出信号に基づいて上記圧下手段の圧下力を上記
軸線方向で変化させる圧下力制御手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする電気メツキ通電ロールの研磨装
置。
