工程）、８は配線領域、９は出力抑止ゲート（Ａ
ＮＤゲート）、１０はアルミニウム二層の配線（
マスタ工程）、１１はスルーホール（マスタ工程
）、１２はアルミニウム一層の配線（マスタ工程
）、１３は入・出力兼用パツド、１４はシフトレ
ジスタ回路である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。
