Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源と、高圧トランスの一次巻線と、スイツチ
ング素子とを直列に接続した主回路と；電源に接
続されたＲＣ積分回路と；を備え、ＲＣ積分回路
におけるコンデンサの充電電圧が所定値に達した
際にそのコンデンサの充電電荷を放電させ、その
充放電動作を繰り返させると共に、その放電によ
つて得られるトリガパルスにより前記スイツチン
グ素子をオンさせることにより前記主回路を瞬間
的に導通させるのを繰り返して前記高圧トランス
の二次側にオゾン発生機の放電電極に加える交流
高電圧を得るようにしたオゾン発生装置用高電圧
発生回路において、 前記ＲＣ積分回路における抵抗として、前記放
電電極近傍の空気の温度及び湿度のうちの少なく
ともいずれか一方を検出し、検出値の増加に伴つ
て抵抗値の減少するセンサを用いたことを特徴と
するオゾン発生装置用高電圧発生回路。
