Claims (1)
- 水滴とミラー表面との接触面積を小さくする撥
水性被膜を施したミラーの裏面の上下または左右
の何れか一方に、横波または屈曲波振動を起こす
圧電振動子を貼着し、他方に前記振動波を受振す
る圧電振動子を貼着し、受振側圧電振動子の出力
側に同相で発振側の圧電振動子にフイードバツク
させる発振回路を設けたことを特徴とするミラー
の水滴除去装置。
