Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基準線からの変位量を、長手方向の複数個
所につき同時測定して曲がり量を演算する断面が
円形をなす金属製棒状体の曲がり測定装置におい
て、直線上に一定間隔で順次配列される第１、第
２、第３の円筒状中空部を持つ偏芯センサと、被
検材を前記直線に添つて直進搬送し、前記センサ
の円筒状中空部を貫通せしむる搬送手段と、上記
各センサの偏芯出力を、該センサの円筒状中空部
断面に対応する直角座標系の互いに直交する２軸
成分Ｘ１，Ｙ１，Ｘ２，Ｙ２，Ｘ３，Ｙ３として
、被検材の曲がり量を下式により演算する電子演
算回路とを備えることを特徴とする走間自動曲が
り測定装置。 曲がり量＝√（）２＋（）２ 但し、 ΔＸ＝Ｘ１＋Ｘ３２−Ｘ２ ΔＹ＝Ｙ１＋Ｙ３２−Ｙ２ (2) 上記偏芯出力Ｘ１，Ｙ１，Ｘ２，Ｙ２，Ｘ
３，Ｙ３の基準となる出力を強制的に０，０，０
，０，０，０とするゼロシフト回路を備える第(1
)項記載の走間自動曲がり測定装置。 (3) 上記円筒状中空部を持つ偏芯センサが、回
