FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the internal structure of the fixing section unit 4. A pair of upper and lower fixing rolls 8 and 9 are forcibly driven between a copy paper inlet section 6 and a copy paper output section 7 for this unit 4. A heating lamp 10 is installed inside the fixing rolls 8 and 9.
11 are integrally installed, and the two are brought into contact with each other under appropriate pressure, and the copy paper passing through the fixing rolls 8 and 9 is pressurized and heated to fix the toner on the copy paper. Further, these fixing rolls 8 and 9 have a normal structure in which roll bodies 8a and 9a made of aluminum or the like are coated with silicone rubber 8b and 9b, and a copy paper peeling claw 12 attached to the copy paper delivery section 7 side is used. ,12
are always applied to the outer peripheral surfaces of the fixing rolls 8 and 9 to prevent passing copy paper from being wrapped around these rolls. At the lower side of the lower fixing roll 9, a coating roll (made of metal) 13 is mounted on a shaft so that it can move a certain amount in the direction toward and away from the roll 9, and the lower fixing roll 9 and the coating roll 13 A storage tank unit 14 is set in the lower part of the tank. This storage tank unit 14 is connected to the coating roll 13.
It has a function of supplying the anti-offset agent to the lower fixing roll 9 and a mechanism for cleaning dust such as paper powder adhering to the applicator roll 13, and a predetermined amount of the anti-offset agent 15 is stored. A substantially L-shaped leaf spring 18 is fixed onto a support member 17 guided upward from the oil storage tank 16, and an upright piece 18a of the leaf spring 18 is covered with felt or the like. One end of this impregnated cloth 19 is immersed in the oil storage tank 16 as shown in the figure, and the other end is layered on the horizontal piece 18b of the leaf spring 18. A cleaning cloth 21 made of heat-resistant felt has an elastic body 20 like a sponge wrapped inside it.
is placed or secured by appropriate means. In the set state of the storage tank unit 14, the receiving member 17 is inserted below the application roll 13, and the cleaning cloth 21 is applied from below, and at the same time is pressed upward by the elastic force of the elastic body 20, while the plate The upright piece 18a of the spring 18 presses and biases the applicator roll 13 in the direction of the lower fixing roll 9 with its spring force, thus maintaining a suitable elastic contact between the lower fixing roll 9 and the applicator roll 13,
Further, the reaction force of the leaf spring 18 and the elastic body 20 is used to press the oil reservoir 16 downward, and the reservoir unit 14 is locked in the set state. Reference numeral 22 denotes an elastic member such as a sponge attached to the leaf spring 18, which functions to buffer the impact against the impregnated cloth 19 and the application roll 13. Storage tank unit 14 thus configured
For attachment to the fixing unit 4, a trapezoidal protruding pedestal 23 is formed at the center of the lower surface of the oil storage tank 16, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Horizontal flange wings 24, 25 extend from the front and rear ends in the insertion/extraction direction, and a pair of engagement tongues 26, 26 are provided at both ends of the horizontal flange wing 25 on the tip side in the unit insertion direction. Correspondingly, in the storage tank unit storage space 27 of the fixing section unit 4, a storage tank unit insertion/extraction port 28 is opened in the front wall 4a corresponding to the downstream side in the paper ejection direction.
and an engagement hole 29 is opened in the rear wall 4b,
A retaining vertical piece 30 is cut and raised on the bottom wall 4c.

In this configuration, when setting the storage tank unit 14 in the fixing section unit 4, the storage tank unit 14 is inserted into the above-mentioned insertion/extraction port 28 diagonally from above as shown in FIG. 5, and then inserted into the engagement hole 29. Engagement tongue piece 2
6 is thrust into engagement as shown in FIG. 6, the base portion 23 of the oil storage tank 16 is made to climb over the retaining vertical piece portion 30. If this is the case, in this insertion operation process, as shown in FIG.
The elastic body 20 sneaks into the lower part of the application roll 13 and pushes the roll 13 upward, and the reaction force of the push-up is generated as a downward pushing force on the storage tank unit 14. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the leaf spring 18 presses the applicator roll 13 against the lower fixing roll 9 from the side, and the reaction force is used to push the upright portion 18a of the leaf spring 18.
is tilted, and similarly a downward pushing force is applied to the storage tank unit 14. Therefore, at the point where the stand part 23 climbs over the retaining piece part 30, the unit 1
4 automatically and elastically sinks downward, and the third
As shown in the figure, it is engaged with the retaining vertical piece 30 to be fixed and locked in place. Further, the engagement tongue piece 26 presses against and engages with the upper end of the engagement hole 29, and the horizontal flange wing 25 presses against the inner surface of the rear wall 4b, causing the locked storage tank unit 14 to float up. Prevents side-to-side movement. Therefore,
The storage tank unit 14 is fixedly placed in the storage tank unit storage space 27 in an immovable position. Then, insert the fixing section unit 4 into the main body 2 through the attachment/detachment opening 5,
When a predetermined copying operation is started, the impregnated cloth 19 sucks up the anti-offset agent 15 by capillary action and supplies it to the circumferential surface of the applicator roll 13, and the applicator roll 13 applies an appropriate thickness of the anti-offset agent 15 to the lower fixing roll 9. This improves the peelability between the copy paper and the lower fixing roll 9. Additionally, paper dust and the like adhering to the application roll 13 are wiped off with a cleaning cloth 21. When replenishing the offset preventive agent 15 in the oil storage tank 16 when it has decreased, or when replacing the cleaning cloth 21 when it becomes soiled, remove the fixing section unit 4 from the main body 2, and then fix it by the reverse operation to that described above. From unit 4 to storage tank unit 1
4 will be extracted and carried out.
