Claims (1)
- 配膳庫本体１内が縦仕切壁７により冷蔵領域と
温蔵領域とに仕切られると共に、該縦仕切壁７が
上下複数段に亘つて複数の単位仕切壁９……に分
割され、かつ隣接する上記単位仕切壁９，９間に
配膳用トレーＴがその中間仕切部Ｔａを介在せし
められた状態で上下複段数に亘つて出し入れ自在
に収納されてなる冷温蔵配膳庫であつて、上記配
膳庫本体１の上部に冷却部Ｂが設けられ、該冷却
部Ｂと、前記配膳用トレーＴにより区画された冷
蔵領域側における各空間とがヒートパイプＨ１，
Ｈ５，Ｈ３を介して熱的に接続されると共に、上
記配膳庫本体１の下部に加熱部Ｃが設けられ、該
加熱部Ｃと、前記配膳用トレーＴにより区画され
た温蔵領域側における各空間とがヒートパイプＨ
２，Ｈ６，Ｈ４を介して熱的に接続されてなるこ
とを特徴とする、冷温蔵配膳庫。
