- 配膳庫本体１内が縦仕切壁５により冷蔵領域部
Ｃと温蔵領域部Ｈとに仕切られると共に、該縦仕
切壁５が上下複数の単位仕切壁６に分割され、か
つ隣接する上記単位仕切壁６，６間に、仕切部Ｔ
１を境に一側部側に冷蔵食品受皿部Ｔ２、他側部
側に温蔵食品受皿部Ｔ３を有する配膳トレーＴが
その仕切部Ｔ１を介在された状態で出し入れ自在
に上下複数段に亘つて収納されるようになされた
冷温蔵配膳車であつて、前記冷蔵領域部Ｃおよび
温蔵領域部Ｈが同一幅寸法に設定されていること
を特徴とする冷温蔵配膳車。
