チケースへ着脱可能に固定した構造の刈払機の防
振装置を開発したのである。

にみられるクラツチケース6の左方にはメインパ
イプの後端部5を挿入連結するための連結穴7が
設けられている。連結部は防振性能を発揮させる
ために2つのカラー1,2間に厚さ均一に弾性材
3を挟持・定着させた防振体4が用いられてい
る。この防振体4はメインパイプの後端部5に取
付けるに際して、他の部材やねじ等の締結手段を
全く用いないので、小径カラー2の内周にメイン
パイプ後端部5を圧入している。このようにメイ
ンパイプの後端部5は防振体4を有した状態でク
ラツチケースの連結穴7に着脱可能となつている
が、第1実施例では第1図に示すように、大径の
カラー1外周をクラツチケース6に設けられた連
結穴7内周に挿入して小径カラー2よりも長く形
成したことによる突出端部をベアリング12の取
付リング側部へ突当てて、締付けねじ10によつ
て締付け、更に安全のために連結部を貫通してい
るねじ穴へ止めねじ11を螺入して固定してい
る。第2図に示した構造も概ね同じであるが、こ
の例では2つのカラー1,2を同じ長さに形成
し、クラツチケース6内へベアリング12と連結
穴7との間に段部13を形成して大径カラー1が
当接する構造である。このように連結穴内へ挿入
固定すると、同時に伝導軸14もクラツチ部15
へと連結される。
