Conventional insulation boards of this type are produced using a manufacturing method in which refractories are uniformly dispersed throughout the foam structure of the core insulation material, a flat sheet material is layered on top of the foam, and then formed and cured in a cure oven, etc. I was picking. However, when a heat insulating board is manufactured by this type of manufacturing method, there are disadvantages in the following points. That is, it is difficult to uniformly mix and discharge the foamed synthetic resin, which is a raw material for the heat insulating core material, and the refractory, and furthermore, the foamed structure becomes rough. When the foam structure of the heat insulating core material is damaged, the foaming ratio and mechanical strength decrease. , increases the amount of foamed synthetic resin used, leading to an increase in costs. Foamed synthetic resin leaks from the side edge of the sheet material during foam molding, staining the back surface of the insulation board and the mold material. In other words, when forming a flat sheet into a foam, the foaming pressure of the foam is used to mold the sheet into a shape, so even a slight deviation will cause the above-mentioned results. In particular, in the case of a cross-sectional shape that has a bulge protruding from the recess of the metal hoop material, the desired cross-sectional shape is very often not obtained because the method involves simultaneously forming and releasing the side ends of the female part. This is because the synthetic resin raw material in the process of foaming comes into direct contact with the mold material.
That is, this is because a gap occurs between the current temperature of the mold material being heated and the temperature of the raw material that is being foamed.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention laminates a fire-resistant aggregate-containing foamed synthetic resin raw material only on the female connecting part, which is the weakest point in the fire-resistant structure.
For the other parts, a single foamed synthetic resin is discharged and laminated, and a molded sheet-like material is laminated on the raw material, and the metal hoop material and the sheet-like material are bonded together using the self-adhesive properties of the foamed synthetic resin material during foaming. A heat insulating board that is fixed, low cost, has the desired fire resistance, heat insulation, and mechanical strength, and does not contaminate the heat insulating board or equipment due to resin leaking outside due to foaming pressure during manufacturing. This paper proposes a manufacturing method for

An embodiment of the method for manufacturing a heat insulating board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1a and 1b are a side view and a plan view schematically showing an apparatus used for carrying out the above manufacturing method, in which 1 is a band-shaped metal hoop material (hereinafter simply referred to as hoop material) which is continuously fed out from an uncoiler 2. and fed to the molding machine 3, where it is bent into the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 2a. That is, in Figure A, the left and right ends of the hoop material in the longitudinal direction are bent, respectively, to provide bent portions 4 and 5 of male and female type connection structures, and the bent portions 4,
A recess 6 is formed between the holes 5 and 5. This hoop material 1 is fed to a preheater 7, where approximately 40 to 90%
It is heated to ℃ and transported to the next process. Note that the preheater 7 uses electricity, far infrared rays, gas, high frequency, etc., for example. Reference numeral 8 denotes a foamed synthetic resin raw material supply device, which includes, for example, a nozzle, and is used to supply foamed synthetic resin raw material 9.
is supplied to the recess 6 as shown in FIG. 2b. The raw material 9 includes a polyisocyanurate foam raw material, a polyurethane foam resin (soft, hard, semi-hard), a phenol foam resin, a polyimide foam resin, and the like. Reference numeral 10 denotes a mixer that mixes fire-resistant aggregate 11 and foamed synthetic resin 12 to form a so-called aggregate-containing foamed synthetic resin raw material 13 on the back surface 5a of the bent portion 5 of the hoop material 1 as shown in FIG. 2c. This is how it is discharged. Note that it is preferable that the discharge range S is not the entire back surface of the back surface 5a, but an area that is offset about 2 to 5 mm inward from the tip. This is to facilitate the pasting work of the sheet-like material, which will be described later, and to provide a safety margin so that a part of the foamed synthetic resin raw material 12 does not go around to the surface 5c via the tip 5b of the bent portion 5. . Of course, when the foamed resin is foamed, the aggregate 11 suppresses its fluidity and serves to prevent the raw material 12 from leaking to the outside. Specific examples of the fire-resistant aggregate 11 include pearlite grains, vermiculite, shirasu balloons,
It consists of an alumina bulb, a glass balloon, etc., and its size is about 1 to 10 mmφ. 14 is the third type
As shown in the figure, it is formed by upper and lower mold conveyors 15 and 16, and the interval H between them matches the thickness t of the heat insulating board. The mold 14 rotates in the direction of the arrow, gradually dissolves at the exit, and forms again at the entrance. 17
is a device that surrounds the upper and lower mold conveyors 15 and 16, which are both mold members in the cure oven, and can heat them to approximately 50 to 100°C, and is mainly useful for heating the mold material and curing the foamed synthetic resin. . Further, although not shown, a dehumidifying device can be added to the cure oven 17 and operated depending on the raw material.
18 is a sheet-like material, such as laminating one or more of kraft paper, asbestos paper, asphalt felt, and non-woven fabric, or waterproofing these sheet-like materials, or applying metal foil (Al, Cu,
It is a laminate of Fe, Sn). This is attached to an uncoiler 19, and is further fed to a sheet forming machine 21 via a guide roller 20.
The sheet-like material formed by the sheet-like material forming machine 21 as shown in FIG. Note that the sheet-like material 18 functions as a material (release paper) for preventing contact between the mold material and the foamed synthetic resin, and also has the function of preventing the foamed synthetic resins 9 and 12 from leaking out of a predetermined area. Reference numeral 22 is a cutter for cutting a heat insulating plate fed from the outlet of the cure oven 16 and having a cross section as shown in FIG. 4 into a predetermined size. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the heat insulating board has a foam 23 portion made only of foamed synthetic resin and a foam containing aggregate, a so-called fireproof layer 24, which is integrally formed with the hoop material 1 and the sheet material 1.
8 and 8 are adhered together due to their self-adhesive properties during foaming of the foamed synthetic resin raw material.

What has been described above is only one example of the method for manufacturing a heat insulating board according to the present invention, and as shown in FIG. Aggregate 11a filled with foam fire retardant 25 that releases water and forms an inorganic foam layer
It is also possible to use Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, it is formed with a double width, and the final step is
It is also possible to provide a processing and forming machine for tongue finishing in the next step of the running cutter. In addition, it is also possible to feed the sheet-like material 18 to the mold 14 while inserting the side wall 18a of the sheet-like material 18 with a shoe. In addition, as shown in FIG.
6 can also be arranged between the outlet of the molding machine 3 and the preheater 7.

As described above, the method for manufacturing a heat insulating board according to the present invention has the major feature that a fireproof layer and a highly heat insulating heat insulating layer can be formed on the hoop material in the same line extremely easily, at low cost, and efficiently. There is. Also,
The molded hoop material 1 and the sheet-like material 18 form a mold, and since the foamed synthetic resin is foamed in this mold, there is no leakage of the resin to the outside. Furthermore, the joints, which are weak points in the fireproof structure of the heat insulating board, are significantly strengthened by the fireproof layer. In addition, since the foamed synthetic resin alone was first discharged into the recessed portion of the hoop material to gradually fill the recessed portion 6, and then the foamed synthetic resin containing aggregate was locally laminated on the bent portion 5, the heat insulating layer was effectively created. It is easy to form and integrate with the refractory layer, and there are no gaps between the facings.
