Claims (1)
- 粉じんを含んだ大気を吸引する吸引ダクト、同
ダクト内に気流と直交するように配設され気流に
向う面が粘着面の透明テープ、および同透明テー
プの粘着面の裏側に向けて配設されたテレビカメ
ラを備えた粉じんモニタにおいて、上記ダクトの
外部に配設された１つの光源、および同光源より
入射した光を上記透明テープの粘着面に照射する
複数本の光フアイバを備えたことを特徴とする粉
じんモニタ。
