- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外周にフインを形成したフイン部と、フインが
形成されていないランド部とが交互に設けられて
いるランド付フインチユーブを渦流探傷する装置
において、 相互に交叉させて配した２個のコイルを備え、
夫々異なる周波数の電圧を印加する交叉型のコイ
ルと、単一周波数の電圧を印加する非交叉型のコ
イルとを備えた探傷ヘツド部と、交叉型のコイル
夫々の検出信号を減算処理する演算手段と、ラン
ド部とフイン部との間の外径変動部を検出して非
交叉型のコイルからの検出信号の出力をオン／オ
フ制御する手段とを具備することを特徴とするラ
ンド付フインチユーブの渦流探傷装置。
