Conventionally, in the case of objects to be heated, such as water pipes, liquid transport pipes, or valves, the liquid inside the objects to be heated may freeze during the winter, impairing their function, so antifreeze devices using electric heaters have been used. exist. The antifreeze device can prevent the liquid inside the heated object from freezing by keeping the heated object warm from the outside. 1 and 2 show a conventional example of an antifreeze device, with FIG. 1 being a partially sectional plan view and FIG. 2 being a circuit diagram. First, from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a conventional antifreeze device is shown.
1 is a heating zone 1 in which heating wires 5 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and the heating zone 1 is formed into a belt shape of a resin material such as vinyl chloride or a rubber material such as silicone rubber. A heating wire 5 is buried within the heating zone 1. The heating zone 1 is flexible, and the heating wire 5 and the power cord 2 are connected at one end 6 of the heating zone 1. Further, a power plug 3 is connected to the other end of the power cord 2. Further, the other end 7 of the heating zone 1 is connected to each end of the heating wire 5. And a plurality of heating wires 5 in the heating zone 1
The middle part of one of the heating wires 5 is connected via a thermostat 4, and the thermostat 4 portion is molded with the same material as the heating zone 1. Therefore, one portion of the heating zone is used by wrapping it around an object to be heated, such as a water pipe, and the temperature is controlled by the thermostat 4. In the above-mentioned conventional antifreeze device, the thermostat 4 is integrated into the heating zone 1, so
If the thermostat 4 is wrapped around an object to be heated with strong force, the thermostat 4 may be deformed or destroyed, resulting in the thermostat not being able to control the temperature or not being able to conduct electricity to the heating wire 5. There were drawbacks such as the inability to do so. Also, when winding the heating zone 1, if a shock is applied to the thermostat 4,
This was undesirable because it caused the thermostat 4 to malfunction.

The present invention is an antifreeze device devised to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is an antifreeze device in which the thermostat 4 is configured separately from the heating zone 1. FIG. 3 is a partially sectional plan view showing an embodiment of the antifreeze device of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing another embodiment of the thermo unit 9, and FIG. 5 is a circuit diagram. be. The antifreeze device of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5. Note that the same elements as those in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described using the same reference numerals. The antifreeze device of this invention has five heating wires in the longitudinal direction.
One end of the heating wire 5 of this heating zone 1 is connected to one end 6 of the heating zone 1.
It is connected to power cord 2. Further, the ends of the heating wires 5 on the other side of the heating zone 1 are connected at the other end 7 of the heating zone 1. Further, the heating wire 5 is connected to a connecting part 8 in a part of the heating zone 1, and this connecting part 8 is formed integrally with the heating zone 1, and a thermo unit 9 is detachably attached to the connecting part 8. is provided separately to constitute an antifreeze device. In FIG. 3, a thermostat 4 is provided in a thermostat 4 in a resin case, and a connecting member 10 such as a connecting pin is provided on the thermounit 9. As shown in FIG. In Figure 4,
A thermostat 4 is provided in the thermo unit 9,
A connecting member 10 is provided by connecting a connecting cord 11 to the thermo unit 9. Therefore, the thermo unit 9 is detachably attached to the connecting portion 8. The above-mentioned antifreeze device wraps the heating zone 1 around, for example, a water pipe, and then attaches the thermo unit 9 to the water pipe.
is connected to the connection part 8, and the connection part 8
The temperature is adjusted with the thermo unit 9 connected.

As described above, in the anti-freeze device of the present invention, by attaching the thermo unit 9 after the heating zone 1 is wrapped, the anti-freeze device is able to avoid being subjected to shock during wrapping, and also prevents the thermostat 4 from malfunctioning by any chance. Even if this occurs, only the thermo unit 9 can be replaced, eliminating the need to replace the entire antifreeze device.
