を用い、YzO3+MgO+CaOなどの安定化剤は平
均粒径2μm以下、好ましくは1μm以下のものを用い
る。あるいは、所定量の安定化剤が加えられた共沈ジル
コニア粉末を用いてもよく、この粉末を用いると安定化
剤とジルコニアが一層緻密かつ均一に分布した混合状態
になるため、焼結体の結晶粒径が均一化されるという利
