- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主軸にスプライン嵌合されたクラツチハブと、 前記ハブの片側又は両側に配設され、シフタス
リーブ移動時に前記ハブと一体的に回転し、内周
にテーパ面が形成されたシンクロナイザリングと
、 前記ハブの片側又は両側に配設され、前記主軸
に回転可能に嵌合された入力ギヤと一体的に回転
するクラツチギヤに係合し、外周に前記リングの
テーパ面に対向するコーン面と内周にテーパ面が
それぞれ形成されたアウタコーンと、 前記ハブの片側又は両側に配設され、外周に前
記アウタコーンのテーパ面に対向するコーン面が
形成され、前記ハブのボスに回転方向に遊びをも
つて嵌合されたインナコーンと、 前記ハブ及びその片側又は両側の前記インナコ
ーンに貫通して設けられ、前記ハブに対する前記
インナコーンの軸線方向及び回転方向の移動を拘
束する係合ピンとを備え、 前記係合ピンの貫通する前記ハブの貫通孔が前
記係合ピンのピン径より大きい長径を周方向に有
する長孔に形成されたことを特徴とする変速機の
同期装置。
