Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 互いに平行に配置された１対の回転軸の少
    なくとも一方に設けられてなり、該一方の回転軸
    に回転一体にかつ摺動不能に固定された固定シエ
    イブと、該回転軸に回転一体にかつ摺動可能に支
    持され、上記固定シエイブとの間に断面Ｖ字状の
    ベルト溝を形成する可動シエイブとからなる可変
    プーリを備えるとともに、上記可動シエイブを固
    定シエイブに対し接離させてプーリ径を変化させ
    る変速切換機構を備え、上記可変プーリのプーリ
    径の変更により両回転軸間の変速比を低速状態な
    いし高速状態に切り換えるようにしたプーリ式無
    段変速機において、上記可動シエイブのボス部内
    周には回転軸の軸心と平行に延びる有底の係合溝
    が形成されている一方、回転軸の外周にはピンが
    突設され、該ピンの先端部には上記係合溝内を転
    動するローラが回転自在に支持されていることを
    特徴とするプーリ式無段変速機。 (2) 可変プーリは、可動シエイブが可変プーリ
    の低速状態に対応する低速位置から高速状態に対
    応する高速位置と反対側に移動したときに両回転
    軸間の動力伝達が遮断されるニユートラル状態を
    有しており、可動シエイブの係合溝側面には、可
    変プーリのニユートラル状態で、可動シエイブを
    回転軸に対し相対回転させるように回転軸又は可
    変プーリに駆動トルクが作用したときにローラか
    ら押圧されて可動シエイブを高速側から低速側へ
    向かう方向に移動させる傾斜面が形成されている
    請求項(1)記載のプーリ式無段変速機。 (3) ピン周辺の回転軸外周面は平坦面に形成さ
    れていて、該平坦面にローラの内端部が摺接する
    ように構成されている請求項(1)又は(2)記載のプ
    ーリ式無段変速機。
