- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヘツドキヤリツジにヘツドを変位部材を介して
相対変位可能に取付け、該変位部材でヘツドをヘ
ツドキヤリツジに対して相対変位させることによ
りヘツドの微調整トラツキングを行なうようにし
たヘツドトラツキング装置において、 前記変位部材には圧電素子を使用したことを特
徴とするヘツドトラツキング装置。
