【考案の詳細な説明】
〈産業上の利用分野〉
本考案は大豆、小豆、米、麦等穀類の水浸漬タ

〈従来の技術〉
穀類、その中でも特に豆類は従来の浸漬タンク
では、浸漬時間とともに膨潤圧により下層のもの

そこで、横型のタンクであまり厚くない程度に浸
漬するのが一般的であつた。大量の大豆を浸漬し
ようとすると、設置面積も大きくならざるを得な

るのである。多孔板の穀類受棚4は直径線上で2
分割されており、それぞれワイヤー5が取付けら
れており、ワイヤー5の先端はモータ6によつ
て、巻取りが可能である。このワイヤー5とタン
ク中央に設けられた回動軸7によつて穀類受棚4
は下方へ回動可能である。このようなタンク上部

へ取付けられたガイドレール12上を転動するも
のとし、中央寄りに引上げワイヤー5を接続し
て、引上げに伴つて両側から開く構造とすること
もできる。その場合、同様な構造のものを2組で
