This type of cleaner is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-55817, and will be explained with reference to FIGS. A rubber lining roller 3 and a snap pulley 4 are arranged over the entire length of the belt 1a in the width direction on the front surface side,
The cross-section of the same axis is polygonal at the required position on the back side of the belt 1a between the lining roller 3 and the drum 2 over the entire width direction of the belt 1a (see Fig. 4).
It is constructed by rotatably providing a rod 6 with pieces 5 formed in the required number and at required intervals, and when each piece 5 runs on the conveyor 1 while being pressed against the belt 1a, the pieces 5 are moved by the running. The intermediate rod 6 rotates, and the belt 1a is struck by the piece 5 due to this rotation.
Apply vibration to remove deposits. In addition, 7 in the figure
is a chute for collecting deposits.

打が行なわれない問題がある。 However, in the conventional cleaner, as shown in FIG. 7, the corners of each piece 5 (in FIG.
a) are on the same axis, so when the conveyor 1 stops, the flat surface of the piece 5 (5b) is in contact with the belt 1a as shown in the figure.
When the belt 1a runs again, there is a problem in that the belt 1a slips on the flat surface of the piece 5, and the rod 6 does not rotate, so that hitting is not performed.

In order to achieve the above object, in this invention, in the conventional cleaner, at least one of the pieces has a corner deviated from the other pieces by a predetermined angle. This angle of deviation is appropriately set in consideration of the effects described below so that the rod can rotate as the vehicle travels even in any stopped state.

In the belt cleaner configured in this way, the piece rotates as the belt travels and strikes the belt to remove deposits, as in the past. During this action,
Unlike in the past, the flat surfaces of all the pieces do not contact the belt at the same time, but the corner of at least one piece protrudes from the flat surface of each other piece and contacts the belt, so the rod is inserted through the abutting corner. rotational force is applied to. Therefore, even when the conveyor starts running, rotational force is always applied to the pieces by the running of the belt, the rods rotate, and the hitting action by the pieces is started.

During this action, since the corner 5a of the piece 5' is offset from the corner 5b of the other piece 5, the flat surfaces 5b of all the pieces 5, 5' do not come into contact with the belt 1a at the same time. A rotational force is applied to the rod 6 through the contacting corner 5a. Therefore, even when the conveyor 1 starts running, the running of the belt 1a necessarily applies rotational force to the pieces 5, 5', rotates the rod 6, and starts the hitting action by the pieces 5, 5'. Ru.

Both sides 1b are bent inward as shown by the chain lines in the figure.
If a piece has a so-called trough angle, when pieces 5' are formed at both ends as shown in FIG. Although the problem arises that the rod 6 does not come into contact with the part 1b and slips at the start of travel, as in the conventional case, the rod 6 does not rotate.
and 5' are located, so there is no such inconvenience.
It goes without saying that the cleaner shown in FIG. 5 may be used as long as the belt 1a does not have a trough angle.

In this invention, the corners of each piece are shifted as described above, so there is no problem such as the flat surfaces of all pieces coming into contact with the belt at the same time and not rotating, which is the case with the conventional method, and smooth adhesion is achieved. A removal action is performed.
