せ、鶏卵を回転させながら搬送する鶏卵の洗卵
乾燥機のコンベア途上に、洗浄された鶏卵に付
着した水滴をエアーで吹き飛ばす水滴吹き飛ば
し装置を設け、該水滴吹き飛ばし装置の高圧エ
アー吹出口を前記鶏卵の列に対応させるととも
に各鶏卵個々に相対して設けた水滴吹き飛ばし
装置おいて、 前記水滴吹き飛ばし装置の高圧エアー吹出口
を前記鶏卵の長軸に対して少なくとも一点で交
差する任意の辺の形状としたことを特徴とする
水滴吹き飛ばし装置。 (2) 前記高圧エアー吹出口が鶏卵の長軸に対して
一点で交差する一辺の形をしたことを特徴とす
