<Prior art> When an elevator door is opened or closed, for example, if the sill groove of the door becomes clogged with dirt or the door device itself becomes mechanically stiff, and the door is restrained, a restraining current is generated in the door motor, etc. This causes the temperature of the door motor, resistor, etc. to rise, and there is a risk that these may burn out. Conventionally, as a method of protecting this, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-93163, the motor current is integrated over time, and when the result exceeds a predetermined value, the door is reversed. It is also known to mechanically detect overload and reverse the door.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> By the way, there is no problem when the conventional devices mentioned above are adopted in a new elevator, but when these devices are adopted in an existing elevator, a major modification of the door device is required. As a result, the work costs are extremely high, and the elevator outage period is prolonged due to this work, which is inconvenient to the users.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a door control circuit composed of a DC motor. In the figure, A indicates the armature of the door motor 9 mentioned above, and B and C indicate the armatures housed in the resistance panel 6 mentioned above. A is a resistor for controlling the rotational speed, and D and E are contacts for commanding door opening/closing to open and close the elevator door, which respectively determine the rotational direction of the armature A.

The operation of the embodiment of the present invention with the above configuration will be explained. Now, for example, if the above-mentioned E is used as a door-opening command contact, when this door-opening command contact E is closed and current flows through armature A, the above-mentioned elevator door is locked for some reason. In the case where the armature A is not rotated, the restraint current continues to flow, and the resistor B is abnormally heated by the restraint current. Then, the temperature inside the resistance board 6 rises abnormally, and this temperature rise is sensed by the temperature detector 1, and a voltage value corresponding to this is output. This voltage value is converted into a corresponding frequency by a connected frequency converter 2 and output to a comparator 4. The comparator 4 compares the reference frequency output from the reference frequency generator 3 with the frequency output from the frequency converter 2, and determines whether the frequency output from the frequency converter 2 exceeds the reference frequency. When,
That is, in other words, when the temperature inside the resistance panel 6 becomes abnormally high, the comparator 4 outputs an alarm signal that activates the alarm device 5. When an abnormality occurs in the elevator, the manager can easily know that there is an abnormality in the elevator door through the alarm device 5 disposed on the control panel of the elevator machine room.

If such failures occur sporadically and the phenomenon disappears automatically, the cause of the failure cannot be ascertained and the failures occur repeatedly. Therefore, the alarm signal is processed by a microcomputer and stored in memory to record the history. By retaining the history and reading out the history every time the elevator is inspected, it is possible to know the cause of failure related to the elevator door, and take appropriate measures.
