面積を変化させ流量制御が行われる。10は前記
弁プラグ6の上下を連通する貫通孔で、弁プラグ
6の上部に穿設されており、これにより、上下両
側に生じる圧力差を小さくし、前記弁軸7を介し
て隔絶された位置に配設される駆動部(図示せ
ず)にかかる負荷を減少させている。11は前記
プラグ側に開口する環状溝で、前記ケージ1内周

れており、ケージ1の内周面と弁プラグ6の外周
