Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 従来の風量調整ダンパとしては第1図に示す如
く、エアーデイフユーザーに整流板1′を内蔵し
たダンパ本体2′を取付け、調節ねじ3′によりヒ
ンジ止めした調節板4′を開閉操作して風量調節
するものであるが、調節板4′の開閉操作に伴う
スペースを確保する必要からダンパ全体を薄くコ
ンパクトにできないと言う欠点があつた。

3枚が可動する)と、親羽根1枚とで構成してあ
り、ボルト10の根元部のドライバー溝13にド
ライバーを係合せしめ、ダンパ本体8外方からこ
れを回動することにより開閉操作されるのであ
る。図示例ではボルト10の右回転で閉塞され、
左回転で開放されるのであり、具体的には今開放
された状態でこれを閉じる操作について説明する
と、ボルト10の右回転で親羽根1が回動し、該
回動過程で凹体3b裏面部の凸体3aが下面側の
子羽根の凸体7′aと係合してこれを回動させ、
また該子羽根の凹体7′bの裏面部に於ける凸体

合してこれを回動させるのであり、これらにより
重ねられていた左右翼板が順次引出されて開放部
が閉塞されるようになるのであり、閉塞の終りで
は親羽根1の表面側に設けてあるストツパー片4
がダンパ本体の円形枠8aに固定した子羽根5の
片側縁部と接触することにより停止するものとな
る。次に開放させるにはボルト10を左回転させ
るのであり、このさい親羽根1のストツパー片4
がその回動過程で重なり合い状態となつている子
羽根5′,5″,5の片側縁部と順次接触し、こ
れを同方向に牽引して元の開放状態に復帰するの
