Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ウエブ移動シリンダを有し、光学式センサで走
行していいるウエブのエツジ位置を検出し、、光
学式センサから出力された電気信号でウエブ移動
シリンダ用サーボバルブを開閉させ、ウエブ移動
シリンダの作動を制御してウエブのエツジ位置を
制御するウエブの位置制御装置に於いて、 前記光学式センサは、前記サーボバルブをわず
かに開口させる第１の光学式センサと、 前記サーボバルブを全開させる第２の光学式セ
ンサから成り、 ウエブのエツジが外れた位置から設定位置近傍
までは第２の光学式センサでエツジ位置を検知し
てサーボバルブを全開させてウエブ移動シリンダ
を作動させ、ウエブのエツジが設定位置近傍から
設定位置までは第１の光学式センサでエツジ位置
を検出してサーボバルブをわずかに開口してウエ
ブ移動シリンダを作動させることを特徴とするウ
エブの位置制御装置。
