位置に挿入穴14と、前記回転板12の所定方向
の回転方向に延びる長孔16を前記挿入穴14と
連通して設け、前記挿入穴14の径を前記突起拡
径部22aより大径に形成し、前記長孔16の横
幅を、該長孔16が前記突起22の軸部とスライ
ド自在に嵌合するのに適した寸法に設定し、前記
回転板12にこれを回転操作するためのアーム2
8を連結し、前記水平壁8aの前記長孔16の両
側部分に、前記回転板12の所定回転方向に向け
