As shown in Japanese Patent No. 52-155688, the structure was as shown in FIG. That is, a heat insulating plate 2, which is provided above the vessel body 1 and is made of a hollowed iron plate, is heated by a wire-wound heater 3 attached to the lower surface of the heat-insulating plate 2, and between the wire-wound heater 3 and the bottom plate 4. A plurality of pressing members 5 were disposed at the heating member 5, and the wire-wound heater 3 was pressed onto the heat insulating plate 2 by the pressing members 5. In addition, there was also one in which a picture pattern was printed on the upper surface of the heat insulating plate 2 using glass heat-resistant ink or the like.

The temperature is low and the temperature distribution is not uniform. In addition, since a plurality of pressing members 5 are required to press the wire-wound heater 3 to the heat insulating plate 2, the number of component parts increases, and the wire-wound heater 3 is Uniform pressure bonding cannot be achieved, and as a result, the characteristics of the wire-wound heater 3 vary depending on the product, resulting in variations in heat retention temperature and heater life. As for the wire-wound heater 3, since it uses a heat-generating wire, there was a problem that the wire would break during long-term use. In addition, the pattern printed on the top surface of the heat insulating plate 2 is directly affected by the temperature of the wire-wound heater 3 and reaches a high temperature, so this pattern is limited to highly heat-resistant ink made of glass. When used for a long period of time, the ink will discolor and fade due to heat, and the top surface of the heat insulating plate 2 will come into direct contact with pots, tableware, etc., resulting in scratches on the pattern and problems in maintaining quality and dignity. It was hot.

Since the temperature distribution is uniform and tin oxide is not oxidized, the heating element will not break during continued use. In addition, the heating element surface of the heat insulation board and the pattern on the back board,
Since there is a gap between letters or symbols, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the design from rising due to the heat generated by the heating element.As a result, discoloration and fading due to heat can be prevented, and heat-resistant ink In addition, since pots and tableware do not come into direct contact with the printed surface, there is no chance of scratches, and the quality and luxury can be maintained even after long-term use. By changing this, it is possible to respond to the diverse needs of consumers.

A heating element 12 is provided on the back surface of the heating element 1, and a heating element terminal 12a for supplying electric power is provided to this heating element 12. 13 is a back plate made of transparent heat-resistant glass placed below the heat insulating plate 11 with a gap in between;
A picture pattern 14 is applied to the surface of this back plate 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes a sash in which the heat insulating plate 11 and the back plate 13 are arranged with a gap between them and assembled into the container body 16. The picture pattern 14 is inserted between the heat insulating plate 11 and the back plate 13 as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, it may be arranged on the outside of the back plate 13, which is the opposite surface. The heating element 12 is made of a transparent material such as tin oxide, and the tin oxide is coated on the back surface of the heat insulating plate 11 made of transparent heat-resistant glass. Note that the back plate 13 may be a metal plate, a ceramic plate, or the like with a pattern on the surface. Further, 17 is a power cord, which has a plug 18.

せることができるものである。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above examples, the heat insulating plate of the present invention consists of a heat insulating plate made of transparent heat-resistant glass with a heating element on the back side, and a back plate with a pattern, letters, or symbols on the surface. is arranged with a gap in between so that the surface of the heat insulating plate having the heating element faces the surface of the back plate, and the heating element is made of tin oxide, and the tin oxide is applied to the back surface of the heat insulating plate. Because the coating has a uniform thickness, when this heating element is energized, it is possible to heat the entire coated surface of the heat insulation plate, resulting in a uniform temperature distribution and stable heat retention performance. Since tin oxide is not easily affected by oxidation, the heating element will not break during continued use. In addition, since there is a gap between the heating element surface of the heat insulating plate and the pattern, character, or symbol on the back board, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the pattern, etc., from rising due to the heat generated by the heating element. Since it is possible to prevent discoloration and fading of patterns, etc. caused by heat-resistant inks, the degree of freedom in selecting heat-resistant inks is increased, and many colors can be used. In addition, since the heat insulating board uses transparent heat-resistant glass, it can give off the luxurious feel of glass, and since pots and tableware do not come into direct contact with the patterns, there is no chance of scratches. Therefore, the quality will not deteriorate even after long-term use. By changing the picture pattern, etc., it is possible to meet the diverse needs of consumers.
