Claims (1)
- 更衣室、汚染除去室、シヤワー室、コントロー
ル室およびバキユーム室から成るクリーンルーム
において、上記コントロール室、更衣室、シヤワ
ー室およびバキユーム室をこの順序で一列に配置
するとともに、これらの室に沿つて上記汚染除去
室を配置し、これらの室を一体に形成するととも
に、上記バキユーム室内に備えたバキユーム装置
に連通するダクトの吸引口を上記汚染除去室およ
び左右端に形成したことを特徴とするクリーンル
ーム。
