Claims (1)
- 加熱室８の天井板２の一部に複数個の穴３を形
成するとともに、これらの穴３下面の天井板２に
赤外線を透過し易いプレート５を取付け、一方、
加熱室８外側の前記穴３近傍に複数本の赤外線を
放射するランプヒータ４を設けたことを特徴とす
る高周波加熱装置。
