    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱室８の天井板２の一部に穴径が３．０mm〜
    ５．０mmの高周波の漏洩を減衰する複数個の穴３
    を形成するとともに、これらの穴３下面の天井板
    ２に赤外線を透過し易いプレート５を金属製のフ
    レーム６によつて取付け、一方、加熱室８外側の
    前記穴３近傍に複数本の赤外線を放射するランプ
    ヒータ４を設けたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装
    置。
