Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱媒が循環させられる主管路と、 この主管路の途中に設けられて上記熱媒と外気
との熱交換を行なう熱交換塔と、 上記主管路の途中に設けられ主管路内を流れる
熱媒のもつ冷熱または温熱を利用して冷水または
温水を発生させる冷温水発生系と、 上記冷温水発生系によつて熱交換された熱媒を
流通させるメインコイルを備えていて所望の空調
エリアに冷風または温風を送出する熱交換ユニツ
トと、 上記熱交換ユニツトに設けられたサブコイルと
、 上記熱交換塔の出口側の主管路から分岐するこ
とにより主管路内を流れる熱媒の一部を取入れる
とともにこの熱媒を上記サブコイルを経て主管路
に還流させる補助管路と、 を具備したことを特徴とする空気調和設備。 (2) 上記サブコイルが上記熱交換ユニツト内に
おける通風上流側に配置され、かつメインコイル
が通風下流側に配置されている請求項1記載の空
気調和設備。 (3) 上記メインコイル内を流れる熱媒の流量を
調整可能なメインコイル用制御弁と、上記サブコ
イル内を流れる熱媒の流量を調整可能なサブコイ
ル用制御弁とを有し、冷房時にメインコイル用制
御弁のバルブ開度が所定値を越えた時からサブコ
イル用制御弁を開弁させ、暖房時にはメインコイ
ル用制御弁の開度が最小になつた時にサブコイル
用制御弁を開弁させるようにした請求項1記載の
空気調和設備。 (4) 上記熱交換ユニツトには上記メインコイル
とサブコイルを迂回するバイパス風路とこの風路
を開閉するダンパが設けられており、上記メイン
コイル用制御弁とサブコイル用制御弁の双方が閉
じた時に上記ダンパを開放させる請求項3記載の
空気調和設備。
