水対水熱交換器の上流側から一端を分岐され他端
を水対水熱交換器の下流側に接続され利用側熱交
換器の配置される利用側熱交換器管路と、この利
用側熱交換器管路に配置される開閉弁と、前記冷
凍機ユニツト管路の前記水対水熱交換器の下流側
から一端を分岐され他端を冷凍機ユニツト管路に
おける利用側熱交換器管路の前記一端分岐部上流
側に接続され流量可変ポンプの配置されるバイパ
ス管路と、蓄熱槽内の水が循環され前記水対水熱
交換器が配置される蓄熱槽側管路と、この蓄熱槽
側管路に配置される循環ポンプとを備えたことを
