Conventionally, automation has been used in the production of cathode ray tubes and printed circuit boards, as well as in the painting of automobiles, and barcodes, etc., are printed on the back of the product to distinguish between different products. Heat resistance was required, and there was nothing that could be put to practical use.

Polyimide film has excellent heat resistance,
It has been proposed to be used in adhesive tapes, labels, etc. that require heat resistance. (For example, JP-A-59
(Publication No. 45378, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-81371) [Problems that the invention attempts to solve] However, it is possible to print barcodes etc. on polyimide film and laminate a printing layer that can withstand temperatures of around 350°C. Therefore, adhesive tapes based on polyimide film could not be used in automated processes such as the manufacture of cathode ray tubes and printed circuit boards and the painting of automobiles.

The silicone adhesive used in the present invention only needs to contain silicon in the repeating unit, and any silicone adhesive can be used, but a methylphenyl silicone adhesive is preferable, and the content of phenyl groups is A methylphenyl-based silicone adhesive with a high content of phenyl groups is more preferable because the higher the content, the better the heat resistance.

The printing layer consists of polyether sulfon and the above-mentioned inorganic filler, but if the addition ratio of polyether sulfon increases, the printing performance will decrease, and if it decreases, the adhesion to the polyimide film will decrease, so polyether sulfon is used. The weight ratio of the inorganic filler is preferably 6:4 to 4:6. Furthermore, the thickness of the printing layer is preferably 10 to 20μ, more preferably 10 to 20μ, since the thinner the printing property is, and the thicker the thickness is, the lower the adhesion to the polyimide film.
It is 12-18μ.

Any method may be used for laminating the printing layer, for example, a filler may be dispersed in a solution of polyether sulfon, such as N-methylpyrrolidone, and then applied to a polyimide film and dried. still,
At this time, in order to improve the adhesion between the polyimide film and the printing layer, it is preferable to subject the polyimide film to a corona discharge treatment.

2 in the figure is a silicone adhesive (manufactured by General Electric Co., trade name: Siliglip) with a thickness of 20μ, which is laminated on one side of the polyimide film 1.
PSA6574) layer, and 3 in the figure is a 15μ thick printing layer laminated on the other side of the polyimide film. Printing layer 3 consists of 100 parts by weight of a 20% by weight N-methylpyrrolidone solution of polyether sulfon (manufactured by Mitsui Toatsu Co., Ltd., trade name: Solidide OXA-200P) and ultrafine powdered silicic acid (manufactured by Mizusawa Chemical Co., Ltd., trade name: Mizukasil P). −
527) It is formed by applying a formulation consisting of 20 parts by weight with an applicator and drying it in a hot air dryer at 150°C for 10 minutes. The above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet was attached to a glass plate, supplied to a gear oven at 350°C, and taken out after a heat resistance test for 30 minutes. After being left to cool, there was no peeling at all, and when it was peeled off, it could be peeled off again, and there was no dimensional change or discoloration.

The composition of the adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention is as described above, so it has excellent heat resistance, and since the printing layer is made of polyether sulfon and an inorganic filler, it has excellent adhesion to polyimide film, and the printing layer is made of polyether sulfon and an inorganic filler. The sex is also excellent. Therefore, the adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention can be suitably used by printing barcodes, etc. on the printing layer in automatic processes such as manufacturing cathode ray tubes and printed circuit boards and painting automobiles, which are exposed to high temperatures of around 350°C. Can be done.
