する。上記環状体端面押え部材Pは冷却ジヤケツ
トJの内径より小径、かつ環状体Wの環径に適合
する如く設定され、その側周壁に広い隙間sを複
数具えており、下降時に載置台B上の環状体Wの
上方端面に上記開口端面周を当接させてこれを載
置台Bに押圧し、冷却ジヤケツトJから噴射され
る冷却流体は上記隙間sから環状体Wを射衝可能
である。さらに、環状体端面押さえ部材Pの底面
中央部には、底壁を貫通して軸線添いに前進・後
退可能なロツドRが配置され、前進時に前記プラ
グ1’の盲穴hに先端部を侵入させて環状体Wの
