As is well known, paper pulp made from wood can be roughly divided into two types: coniferous pulp and deciduous pulp. Both types of pulp are individually made to make wallpaper. In this case, softwood pulp paper has high mechanical strength such as elongation and tearing, and is excellent in durability, but on the other hand, the paper quality for wallpaper is not flexible and has poor affinity for moisture, so it poses problems for gluing. There is,
On the contrary, deciduous pulp paper has soft paper quality and good affinity for moisture, but has weaknesses in paper mechanical strength such as elongation and tearing, and both have advantages and disadvantages. be.

However, since the tear strength is insufficient, it cannot withstand the gluing work using a gluing device, and there is a risk that the paper will tear or tear.
Perhaps this kind of pulp has a high affinity for water, so the water in the glue penetrates from the back side of the wallpaper to the surface of the wallpaper very quickly, causing the precious wallpaper to lose its elasticity. Therefore, when pasting wallpaper on walls or ceilings, it takes about 30 to 60 minutes after gluing to move and paste the wallpaper. It was completely impossible to use only wallpaper. For this reason, some foreign products are made by coating the surface of the paper layer with a paraffin-based chemical solution or impregnating it with a polymer-based synthetic resin to make the wallpaper waterproof, allowing water in the glue to penetrate the surface. Some wallpapers have been modified to make them less resistant to fires, but they are unsuitable from the standpoint of fire prevention, from the standpoint of flame retardancy, flame retardancy, and prevention of the generation of toxic combustion gases in the event of a fire.

This invention was devised in order to deal with the above problem, and its purpose is that the paper on the back side is soft and highly hydrophilic, so that it can be attached to a wall surface with glue very easily and accurately. Of course,
The paper surface has excellent mechanical strength in terms of tensile, tearing, bursting, and elongation properties, and is also stain resistant to water and oil, and flame retardant in the event of a fire. The object of the present invention is to provide a new wallpaper with excellent and ideal properties at a relatively low cost due to its completely unique structure.

Hereinafter, this invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings of the embodiment. Fig. 1 shows an example of the structure of the wallpaper according to the invention, and wallpaper P is made from paper using coniferous pulp as the main raw material. CLUPAK paper (trade name: CLUPAK) Domestic manufacturer: Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture
4379 Tokai Pulp Co., Ltd.), a lower paper layer 2 made of washi paper made by mixing deciduous tree pulp with waste paper raw materials is placed on the underside of the upper paper layer 1, and the upper and lower paper layers 1 and 2 are bonded with a synthetic adhesive. The upper paper layer 1 is fixed together to form a two-layer structure, and a protective film 4 is further provided on the surface of the upper paper layer 1 by coating a fluorocarbon water repellent.

For example, the product name Asahi Guard AG710 (manufacturer: Asahi Glass Industries KK, distributor: Meisei Kagaku Kogyo KK) was used as a soft water repellent to be used as the forming material, and this was applied to the surface of the upper paper layer 1 of the wallpaper. Thereafter, by heating at an appropriate reaction temperature of 150° C., a water- and oil-resistant protective film 4 that maintains flame retardancy is obtained.
Furthermore, a decorative pattern 5 by foam printing may be printed on the upper surface of the upper paper layer 1 as a surface decoration, as shown in FIG.

As described above, the wallpaper of the present invention has a lower paper layer made of Japanese paper made by mixing deciduous tree pulp with waste paper material on the lower surface of the upper paper layer made of Kurpak paper made using coniferous pulp as the main raw material. However, the upper and lower paper layers are fixed together with a synthetic adhesive, and the surface of the upper paper layer is coated with a protective film of a fluorocarbon water repellent, making the paper on the back surface soft and hydrophilic. Not only does the glue have extremely good adhesion to the wallpaper, but there is no risk of moisture in the glue applied to the back surface penetrating into the surface, and the moisture content of the glue is automatically controlled to maintain the best condition. Since it is held, it is possible to extremely easily and accurately attach the adhesive to the wall surface by gluing. In addition, the surface paper is made of Kurupak paper, which has excellent mechanical strength in terms of tensile strength, tearing, bursting, and extensibility, so there is no risk of the wallpaper becoming stiff or damaged during work. After application, the properties of the wallpaper do not deteriorate over a long period of time, and it maintains strong durability. Furthermore, the surface of the upper paper layer is coated with a protective film made of a fluorine-based water repellent. Therefore, it not only reliably prevents contamination due to adhesion of water and oil, but also exhibits excellent flame retardant properties and performance in preventing the generation of harmful gases in the event of a fire. Coupled with the fact that it is relatively simple, it is possible to provide completely ideal wallpaper at a low cost.
