2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the roof of a building, for example, the roof of a factory, etc., has been provided with an opening in the ridge to serve as a vent for indoor air. However, where the ventilation openings are formed, inside and outside air come into contact with each other and moisture in the air tends to cause condensation, which can corrode the metal and wooden components that make up the roof, and cause dew droplets to fall indoors. There was a problem. In addition, installation errors are likely to occur because the open part is covered to form a ventilation hole while leaving a ventilation path, and if the slope of the roof differs, members with different specifications are required for each slope angle. There were also various problems.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the roof ridge ventilation system according to the present invention has a structure consisting of a metal outer frame with a joint that can be rotated approximately along the longitudinal direction of the center, and a flexible central part. A detour ventilation path is formed by connecting the inner frame made of synthetic resin, which is then attached to a ventilation opening formed in the ridge of the roof.

The inner frame 5 is entirely made of synthetic resin, and is composed of a central part 7 made of a soft material, and skirt-shaped upper and lower side parts 8 and 9 that are continuous and fixed on both sides of the central part 7. It has been done. The upper and lower side surfaces 8 and 9 are made of a hard material so as not to be easily deformed, and a punch hole 10 is provided at the upper part of the upper side surface 8 near the connecting portion with the central portion 7. Further, the lower side portion 9 is attached to a wooden member 11 attached to the opening member 3 with screws 12.

The outer frame 6 is composed of an upper frame member 13 and a lower frame member 14, both of which are made of metal. The upper frame member 13 has two members 13a and 13b each having a bow-shaped cross section, and joint portions 15a and 15b provided at one end of each member are joined together to form a joint portion 16 in the longitudinal direction approximately at the center. The joint parts 15a and 15b forming this joint part 16 are both approximately circular in cross section, and one joint part 1
5a has a larger diameter than the other joint portion 15b. That is, for the large diameter joint portion 15a,
The small diameter joint part 15b is inserted into the large diameter joint part 1.
Both members 13a and 13b can be rotated within the opening size of 5a.

First, tighten the lower frame members 14 of the inner frame 5 and outer frame 6 with screws 1.
2, it is fixed to the wooden member 11 attached to the opening member 3. At this time, if the width of the ventilation opening 4 is wide or narrow, the center part 7 of the inner frame 5 may be bent and adjusted as appropriate before installation.

The upper frame member 13 of the outer frame 6 includes two members 13a,
13b is connected with joint parts 15a and 15b to connect joint part 1.
Attach after forming 6. When installing,
First, insert the groove part 17 into the upper end of the upper side part 8 of the inner frame 5, and then insert the groove part 17 into the upper end of the upper side part 8 of the lower frame member 14 at both lower ends.
4b with screws 21. If there is a difference in the width of the ventilation opening 4 due to a change in the roof angle or an error in the installation of the inner frame 5, the adjustment can be made by rotating the joint 16. During this adjustment, when the joint portion 16 comes into contact with the center portion 7 of the inner frame 5, the center portion 7, which is a soft material, bends and rotates in response to this contact state.

Next, ventilation inside and outside the roof will be explained. Inside air exits from the ventilation opening 4 through the vent hole 10 between the inner frame 5 and the outer frame 6. Then, the course is changed by the lip 18 of the outer frame 6, and then the tip of the lip 18 and the inner frame 5
It passes between the upper side part 8 of the outer frame 6, changes course again, and exits from the opening 19 of the outer frame 6. Outside air enters the room through the ventilation opening 4 through the opposite route. Rainwater that has entered through the opening 19 is prevented from flowing into the ventilation opening 4 by the bending of the detour ventilation path A as shown in the figure, and flows through the lip 18, the upper side part 8 of the inner frame 5, etc., and then flows under the outer frame 6. The water is discharged to the outside through a drainage hole 20 provided in the frame member 14.

Furthermore, when there is a significant temperature difference between the inside and outside of the roof, condensation may form on the outer frame 6, but this condensation cannot enter the ventilation opening 4 and is discharged through the drain hole 20. Since the inner frame 6 is made of synthetic resin, condensation is less likely to occur. Note that even if the joint portion 16 of the outer frame 6 rotates and comes into contact with the center portion 7 of the inner frame 5, the center portion 7 deforms according to the position of the joint portion 16, so that a gap is created in the joint portion 16. There is no rain blowing in.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this example, the ventilation hole 4 is formed by directly opening the roof member 30, and the inner frame 31 is fixed on a wooden member 32 placed and fixed on the roof member 30.
For this reason, as shown in the figure, the central portion 7 is attached in a state of being curved outward.

In the above description, in both the first and second embodiments, the inner frames 5, 31 and outer frames 6, 33 are explained based only on the illustrated shapes, but of course they may have other shapes. . Further, as the joint portion 16, other mechanisms such as hinges, etc., can be used for the two members 13a, 13b and 34a, 3 constituting the upper frame members 13, 34.
As long as 4b can be rotated, it is not limited to the illustrated example, and many other types can be adopted.

Since the roof ridge ventilation system according to the present invention is as described above, it is possible to prevent condensation on the part exposed to the ventilation opening, and even if there is a difference in the width of the ventilation opening due to installation errors, changes in the roof angle, etc. This can be done by simply adjusting the rotation of the joint, and since the center of the inner frame is made of soft material, it can accommodate the movement of this joint, allowing common use of parts, easy installation, and preventing rainwater from entering. Many effects can be obtained, such as improved rain protection.
