The present invention aims to improve interior plastic slats. Specifically, the present invention is a spacer that skillfully utilizes the reversible hardening change of a rubber-like synthetic resin that softens as the temperature rises. This invention relates to a plastic slat for interior use that is integrally formed with the fruit or groove of the plastic slat. In recent years, plastics have come into widespread use in the field of building materials, and plastic slats that make up interior ceilings and walls are also gaining popularity. In particular, bathrooms have an extremely large temperature difference between when they are in use and when they are not in use, and the humidity is high, making it easy for mold to form, so plastic slats that make it easy to wipe away mold have recently become very popular. It is becoming popular. However, even though plastic slats are so convenient, they have the property of easily expanding and contracting due to changes in temperature.
The following shortcomings were pointed out. If you construct ceilings and walls with plastic slats in the cold winter, each slat will expand when it gets hot or the indoor temperature rises, causing ugly "embryosis" or "bulges".
This is because in extreme cases, there have been cases where the area becomes disconnected (this tendency occurs in places where the temperature rises and falls repeatedly with a large temperature difference on a daily basis, such as a bathroom). (noticeably seen in some cases).
By the way, if we look at the elongation in the axial direction of the applicant's PVC plastic slats (Fukubi Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.: product name "Bath Panel U" effective width 200 mm), we can see that when installed in winter at 5℃, Summer: If the temperature reaches 35℃, the coefficient of thermal expansion of PVC = 7 x 10 -5 , so 200 mm x 7 x 10 -5 x 30 = 0.42 mm , and as shown in Figure 6, the inner surface of slat 1' and the edge The distance from B' is l at the time of construction, but it becomes l 1 in summer, and there is a gap of length (l 1 - l), and if this difference is large, each slat In some cases, the elongation phenomenon of 1' may combine to cause elastic detachment of the slat. Therefore, in the past, when constructing ceilings, walls, etc. using plastic slats, instructions were given to create a clearance between each adjacent slat that took into account the above amount of elongation. It was undeniable that working at such intervals was extremely troublesome and hindered efficiency. This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional plastic slats.
The purpose is to provide at a low cost an ideal plastic slat that will not ``swell up'' or ``swell'' even when used in bathrooms with large temperature differences. That is, the present invention is: In conventionally well-known interior plastic slats, which are continuously stretched and fixed to a backing material placed on a construction surface to construct planar structures such as ceilings and walls, ; Expansion clearance in which a reversible temperature-curing soft resin spacer with a roughly sword-shaped cross section that becomes hard in low temperature conditions and softens in warm conditions is provided by integral molding on the fruit portions or groove portions that are to be abutted next to each other. It is related to the adjustment structure, and its greatest feature is that it skillfully utilizes a synthetic resin that exhibits reversible change in hardness with respect to temperature. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the illustrated embodiments. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a plastic slat manufactured by applying the present invention, and its side edges are provided with real parts 11, 12, 13 and groove parts 14, so that it can be actually attached.
15, 16 are formed, and the real parts 11, 12 in one slat are connected to the groove part 1 of the adjacent slat.
4 and 15, and another real part 13, which is protruded from the same adjacent slat, is inserted into the groove part 16. A reversible temperature-curing soft resin spacer 17 having a substantially sword-shaped cross section, which is a feature of the present invention, is provided integrally with the tip edge of the real portion 12 in the embodiment shown in FIG. In the example, it is integrally molded with the groove portion 15. As the soft resin for forming this spacer 17, polyvinyl chloride is suitable. According to the inventor's experiments, the preferred rubber hardness that responds to temperature changes is JIS K 6301.
When measured using a type A hardness meter, the results shown in the following table were obtained.

[Table] Note that B in the figure is the ceiling packing material (base: for example, "Noen") on which the above-mentioned slats are installed. Although the plastic slat to which the present invention is directed is generally constructed as described above, the present invention is by no means limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the "Utility Model Claims." For example, it is naturally planned to provide the spacer 17 in both the real part and the groove part, and it is also possible to provide the spacer 17 vertically as shown in FIG. Of course, this is possible depending on design considerations. As explained above, the slat manufactured by applying the present invention has a "reversible temperature-curing soft resin spacer with an approximately sword-shaped cross section that becomes hard in low temperature conditions and softens in warm conditions" in its fruit or groove portions. ing. Therefore, when constructing bathroom ceilings, walls, etc. using this material in the winter, the spacer is hardened, so the spacer becomes a hit and the worker unknowingly and unwittingly moves the spacer to the next door. An appropriate clearance interval is naturally formed between the slats, and as a result, ceilings, walls, etc. can be formed extremely easily and quickly. Therefore, even if ceilings and walls constructed using the slats of the present invention are constructed in a cold environment, they will not react like conventional products shown in Figure 6 when the temperature rises. There is no ``swelling'' or ``swelling'' in the spacer, and the elongation due to thermal expansion, which is characteristic of plastics, is absorbed by the reduction of the clearance amount to CC' due to the deformation of the softened spacer, as shown in Figure 4. That's what happens. As described above, the present invention can completely solve the problems that were considered to be unavoidable drawbacks of conventional plastic slats, and its structure is extremely simple and does not cause any increase in cost. The economic benefits can be said to be significant.
