(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method for decorating molded articles such as polyolefin resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a transfer foil for applying a decoration with excellent physical properties to the surface of such a molded product. (Prior art) Since it is difficult to directly print precise designs on the surface of a molded product, especially on the surface of a molded product with a three-dimensional curved surface, a pattern formed on transfer foil is transferred to the surface of the molded product for decoration. This method is often used. The basic structure of such transfer foil is a base material with three layers: a release varnish layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is selected depending on the object to be transferred, but as for the release varnish layer, , surface properties after transfer,
They are used taking into consideration releasability from the base material, transparency, etc., and acrylic acid, ester resin, or rubber resins are usually used. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, since such a pattern is only covered with a thin layer of peelable varnish, its durability is limited. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a transfer foil in which the transfer surface is further coated with a polyolefin resin after transfer, thereby making it possible to apply a pattern with better durability. (Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a transfer foil in which at least three layers, a release varnish layer, a pattern layer, and an adhesive layer are formed on one side of a film base material. Provided is a transfer foil characterized in that the foil is made of a chlorinated polyolefin or a polyolefin modified with vinyl chloride. (Detailed Description of the Invention) The transfer foil according to the present invention is applied to the surface of a molded product (Fig. 1) made of synthetic resin such as polyolefin resin by a method such as injection molding, blow molding, or vacuum forming. When manufacturing a plastic product (Fig. 2) obtained by applying a transfer painting 2 using foil and then covering it with a polyolefin resin layer 3 in order to improve the surface properties of the transfer painting, a pattern layer 4 is applied. This is a pattern transfer foil that has sufficient physical properties, with the polyolefin resin layer 3 firmly adhering to the foil. As shown in FIG. 3, the transfer foil structure is such that after coating one side of a base film 5 such as paper, cellophane, or synthetic resin film with a coating film to improve releasability as necessary, the surface of the transferred product is coated with polyolefin. As a release varnish layer that can be thermally bonded to chlorinated polyethylene or chlorinated polypropylene with a chlorine content of 45 to 13%, preferably 20% or less,
Base resins include chlorinated polyolefins such as chlorinated ethylene-vinyl acetate, polyolefins grafted with vinyl chloride, and copolymers of vinyl chloride and olefins.
A release varnish is prepared with or without the addition of various auxiliary resins such as rubber resin and acrylic acid ester resin, and the release varnish layer 6 is formed. Furthermore, a pattern layer 7 is provided on the release varnish layer 6.
Here, the ink includes a release varnish layer 6 and an adhesive layer 8.
For example, regular inks based on resins such as chlorinated polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers can be used. It is also possible to use reactive resins in the ink layer if required. Further, on the pattern layer 7, an adhesive layer mainly made of chlorinated polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, or the like is provided as a heat-sensitive adhesive layer having heat adhesive properties to obtain the transfer foil of the present invention. In addition, in the layer structure of this transfer foil, for example, between the release varnish layer 6 and the adhesive layer 8, a thin metal film is placed in an arbitrary pattern shape or on the entire surface using a vacuum evaporation method, thereby improving the design and content. Protection can be improved. In this case, an anchor layer may be added to improve adhesion to the vapor deposited layer, if necessary. Third
The layer structure shown in the figure is its basic structure, and as shown in FIG. It is also possible to provide a pretreatment layer 9 for improving the surface properties of the base film, taking into consideration the properties and coatability of the release varnish. However, in this case, it is necessary to design the composition of the pretreatment agent so that the separation interface during thermal transfer processing is between the pretreatment layer 9 and the release varnish layer 6. Examples will be described below. Example 1 A polyester film (thickness 12μ) was coated with a modified vinyl copolymerized polyolefin (polyvinyl chloride,
A modified polyolefin resin (modified polyolefin resin) is applied uniformly by gravure coating, and a gradation pattern is printed on top of this using an ink that uses chlorinated polypropylene as the main vehicle. A transfer foil for polypropylene was obtained by gravure coating with an adhesive to which barium was added and thoroughly dried. The transfer foil is brought into close contact with the polypropylene molded product,
Heated with a silicone roll heated to a surface temperature of 230℃,
After applying pressure to transfer the design to the polypropylene molded product, the transferred product is placed in an injection mold and polypropylene resin is injected to cover the design surface with a thickness of 0.6 m/m and molded with plastic decoration. I got the item. The plastic-painted molded product had good physical properties, with no change observed in the 3-minute boiling test and the pressure bending test, and was beautiful in appearance. The physical properties of molded products of other compositions are compared in Tablel.

[Table] The peel strength of the transfer foil of the present invention at room temperature is 10 to 30 g/15 mm width, and the peel resistance is small. Content rate
20% or more), the peel resistance is high (100g/15
mm width or more). Example 2 A resin prepared by mixing chlorinated polypropylene and rubber resin at a ratio of 2:1 to a polyvinyl alcohol biaxially stretched film (255 μm) was mixed with toluene,
A release varnish dissolved in a mixed solvent of methyl ethyl ketone is applied uniformly, a pattern layer is printed using an ink whose main component is rubber-based resin, and an adhesive whose main component is chlorinated polypropylene is evenly applied and dried. A transfer foil was obtained. Using the transfer foil, a polypropylene molded product was transferred in the same manner as shown in Example 1, and then the patterned surface of the molded product was coated with a polypropylene transparent sheet by vacuum-pressure processing to obtain a polypropylene painted molded product. The painted molded product had good physical properties and appearance. <Effects> As described above, according to the present invention, boiling, bending,
It becomes possible to produce painted molded products that have excellent resistance to friction and the like.
