Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直流電圧を入力するスイツチング方式のＤＣ−
    ＤＣコンバータ部を用いて出力電圧を安定化する
    直流電源において、 前記直流電圧が印加される端子間に接続された
    抵抗、ダイオード及び第１のコンデンサよりなる
    直列回路と、 前記直流電圧が印加される端子と前記ＤＣ−Ｄ
    Ｃコンバータ部間に接続され、前記第１のコンデ
    ンサに得られる電圧がゲートに印加されるＦＥＴ
    素子と、 前記ＤＣ−ＤＣコンバータ部から得られるリセ
    ツト電圧を分圧し、前記ＦＥＴ素子のゲートに与
    える分圧抵抗と、 前記ＦＥＴ素子のドレインとゲートの間に設け
    られた第２のコンデンサと、 よりなる突入電流制限回路を備えたことを特徴
    とする直流電源の突入電流制限回路。
