Claims (1)
- 取付台と、該取付台に配設された超音波振動を
発生させるリング状のステータと、そのステータ
に圧接されるロータと、前記取付台に回転自在に
支承された出力軸とを備えた超音波モータにおい
て、前記ロータと前記出力軸との間に電磁クラツ
チ機構を設けたことを特徴とする超音波モータ。
