点があつた。(b) Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of push button switch uses a movable contact piece (so-called disk contact) with a bulged (protruded) central portion, in which the movable contact piece is moved in the operating direction of the handle (actuator or push rod). In other words, the handle moves in opposition to the protruding direction of the movable contact piece, that is, the protruding direction of the movable contact piece and the operating direction of the handle are the same. Therefore, there was a drawback that it was not possible to form a small illuminated push button switch.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to create a movable light-emitting device that is curved in a direction that makes an angle of 90 degrees with the placement position of the light emitting body. An object of the present invention is to provide a novel light-emitting type small-sized push button switch which can be extremely miniaturized by rationally arranging contact pieces.

Moreover, a concave groove is provided on the inner surface of the switch body at a direction of 90 degrees with respect to the position where the light emitter is disposed, and a plurality of movable contacts are formed in the concave groove with a bulged and curved central portion. The push rod is constructed by disposing the pieces on the outside of the push rod with the outer sides of the bulging curved portions facing each other.

The lower part of the transparent body portion is an inclined surface 17c as shown in the figure. Therefore, the entire push rod 17 may be made of a transparent material, or its outer periphery, bottom surface or inclined surface 17 may be made of a transparent material.
The lower part of c may be made of a translucent or opaque material. Furthermore, the lower inclined surface 17c of the push rod
The light emitting element 18 may be mirror-like to increase the efficiency of reflecting light from the light emitter 18.

is arranged approximately perpendicularly to the arrangement position of the movable contact pieces 13, 13 with the push rod 17 as the center, and the fourth
As shown in the figure, the light emitted from the light emitter 18 is guided above the push rod 17 from the side surface of the push rod 17. In particular, the lower part of the transparent part 17b of the push rod 17 is made into an inclined surface 17c to make the reflection of light more efficient and to direct the light upward.

Slide and press the bulged outer surfaces of 3 and 13. As a result, the bulging outer surfaces of the movable contact pieces 13, 13 deform inward and come into contact with the fixed contacts 15, 15 disposed in the vicinity, thereby turning the switch "ON".
When the pressing force of the push rod 17 is removed, the push rod is moved upward by the return spring 16, whereby the movable contact piece 1
3 and 13 are restored and are no longer in contact with the fixed contacts 15 and 15, and the switch is turned "OFF". As shown in FIG. 5b, the movable contact pieces 13, 13 may be arranged at a slight inclination to make the sliding pressure by the push rod 17 smoother and to improve the operating feel of the switch.

作業等が合理化される。 First of all, in the present invention, the lower surface of the push rod serving as the illumination part is an inclined surface, and the light emitter is arranged around the inclined side of this inclined surface, and at an angle of 90 degrees with respect to the location of the light emitter. Because it has a movable contact piece that curves in an angular direction, it has the feature that it can be made extremely compact for an illuminated push button switch. Therefore, the terminals of the switch and the light emitter can be placed in extremely appropriate positions from the user's side, and wiring work etc. can be streamlined.
