    状の管内に棒状の透明部材から成る光伝送ロツド
    を備え、該光伝送ロツドの少なくとも一端部から
    入射した光を前記スリツトから出射する光源装置
    において、 前記スリツト幅を前記光伝送ロツドの光の入射
    端側で広く形成することにより前記スリツトから
    出射する光量を均一化したことを特徴とする光源
    装置。
