Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光線をフロントミラーとリアミラー
との間で発振させ、かつ該レーザ光線を上記フロ
ントミラーを透過させて外部に放射させるように
したレーザ装置において、 上記フロントミラーとリアミラーとの間で発振
されるレーザ光線の一部をリアミラーを透過させ
て外部に放射させ、かつリアミラーの外部に、こ
れを透過したレーザ光線を受光してその強度分布
を検出する受光素子を設けたことを特徴とするレ
ーザ光線の強度分布検出装置。 (2) 上記リアミラーを、上記レーザ光線を全反
射させる全反射層を有する全反射ミラーから構成
するとともに、上記全反射層の一部を除去してリ
アミラーの所要位置にレーザ光線を透過させる透
過部を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載のレーザ光線の強度分布検
出装置。
