In this step, the bind wire 2 is cut in the longitudinal direction of the electric wire 1 (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) using a cutter tool or the like.

The specific structure is that a large non-penetrating hole is drilled in the axial direction of the holding member, which is made of a column that can be split into two, allowing the electric wire to be held in the longitudinal direction from above, and A small diameter hole having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the electric wire is coaxially penetrated at the inner end of the large diameter hole, and a protrusion is provided on the step formed by the small diameter hole and the large diameter hole, The edge of this protrusion on the small diameter hole side is made to coincide with the inner peripheral surface of the small diameter hole.

Hold the electric wire, then lock the end of the bound wire to the protrusion in the large diameter hole, and turn the holding member in the opposite direction to the winding direction of the bound wire, then the electric wire and one end of the bound wire will be removed. Since it is supported by an insulator or the like (see Figure 6), only the binding wire gradually loosens from its end.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding member 11 according to the embodiment is approximately cylindrical and parallel to the axial direction. This holding member 11 can be freely divided into two parts, an A holding part 11a and a B holding part 11b, by means of a pin 12 provided at the end thereof. This holding member 11 has large diameter holes 13 and 14 bored in the axial direction from both ends thereof, respectively.
Furthermore, a small diameter hole 16 having a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the electric wire is drilled from the inner end 13a of the large diameter hole 13 toward the inner end 14a of the large diameter hole 14 at the other end. Each step formed by the large-diameter holes 13, 14 and the small-diameter hole 16 has a substantially fan-shaped projection 1.
7 and 18 are provided respectively. These protrusions 17, 18
The edge on the side of the small diameter hole 16 is aligned with the inner circumferential surface of the small diameter hole 16.

ある。 That is, the existing rotation support member 24 has a mechanism for rotating a gear 25 that is a part of itself by using a bevel gear (not shown) or the like that has an internal rotation of the rotation shaft 23 of the rotary stake. Furthermore, a suitable cylindrical tool is stored in the approximately cylindrical holding member 26 provided at right angles to the holding member 26, and the holding member 26 and the rotatable approximately semicylindrical lid body 27 are closed to close the cylindrical tool. By holding the tool rotatably and providing the tool with an appropriate gear that meshes with the gear 25, the approximately circular shaped tool is rotated through the gear 25 by the rotation of the rotary shaft 23 of the rotary stick. It is designed to be rotated.

部2aから除々にに緩んでいくのである。 Therefore, specifically speaking, how to use this example is as follows.
First, fit the A holding part 11a into the holding member 26 of the rotation support member 24, and attach the A gear 1 to the gear 25.
Engage 9a. In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the A holding portion 11a is hooked onto the part of the electric wire 1 where the binding wire 2 is not wound, and the rotating shaft 23 of the rotary stake is rotated as appropriate. Then, the gear 25 rotates, the A gear 19a meshed with it also rotates, and the A holding part 11a rotates, but at this time, the B holding part 11b, which is rotatable in the A holding part 11a, just holds the rotation support member 24. The substantially cylindrical holding member 11 is formed by being wound around the member 26 and combined with the A holding portion 11a. Then the lid body 27
to completely hold the holding member 11.
Then, the rotary shaft 23 of the rotary stake is rotated to rotate the holding member 11 while moving the rotary support member 24 toward the binding line 2. At this time, the rotation of the holding member 11 is in the direction in which the binding line 2 is wound. so that it rotates in the opposite direction. In this way, if the holding member 11 is rotated over the electric wire 1 and brought closer to the binding wire 2, at a certain point the end 2a of the binding wire 2 will be attached to the holding member 11 as shown in FIG. It locks onto a protrusion 17 in the large diameter hole 13. If the rotation of the holding member 11 is continued thereafter, the binding wire 2 will gradually loosen from its end 2a.
