Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、たとえばルームクーラなどの空調
機においてその圧縮機モータの回転数制御に応用
されるインバータ装置の改良に関する。
一般に、この種のインバータ装置は、第４図に
示すように商用交流電源１からの交流電圧を、電
源スイツチ２を介して全波整流器３に供給するこ
とにより一旦直流電圧に変換し、この直流電圧を
高周波チヨツパなどの周波数変換部４にて任意周
波数の交流電圧に変換し、この交流電圧を圧縮機
モータ５に供給することにより、上記モータ５の
回転数を広範囲に変化させるものである。そし
て、このようなインバータ装置では、第４図に示
すように整流器３の出力側に大容量（たとえば
1000〜2000μF）の平滑用コンデンサ６を挿入し、
直流回路部の電圧安定化を図つている。このた
め、電源スイツチ２の投入時、コンデンサ６への
突入電流が非常に大きくなり、整流器３が破壊さ
れてしまう恐れがある。
そこで従来は、第４図に示すように整流器３と
コンデンサ６との間に電流抑制抵抗７を直列に接
続することにより、電源投入時の突入電流を小さ
くし、コンデンサ６が充電されてその端子間電圧
が所定値に達すると電磁開閉器８を作動させ、そ
の常開接点８ａによつて抵抗７の両端間を短絡す
るようにしている。ここで、第４図の回路におけ
る突入電流波形を示すと第５図のようになり、こ
の場合の突入電流ｉは、 ｉ＝Ｅ／Ｒ＋ｒ・ｅ−t/(R+r)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流電圧を整流器および平滑用コンデンサによ
    り直流電圧に変換し、この直流電圧をチヨツピン
    グして任意周波数の交流電圧に変換するインバー
    タ装置において、前記整流器と平滑用コンデンサ
    との間にリアクタを直列接続し、このリアクタに
    正特性サーミスタを並列接続したことを特徴とす
    るインバータ装置。
